Host did not answer calls, texts or emails so I was not able to check in until over 2 hours after I was entitled to. Very poor communication. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Charming oasis!

We were attending a wedding nearby. The cottage, nestled on a quet treelined street, was a lovely retreat from the hustke and bustle. It was very clean, spacious and well appointed with thoughtful little touches. We highly recommend!

Great Cape Cod House

This house was very nice, clean and convenient to so many places on the Cape. The owner was very helpful with any questions about touring that we had for him. The area was so beautiful. Made our first trip to Cape Cod so relaxing and restful.

Girl's Getaway

The property was lovely. It was very clean and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out back on the patio in the mornings and evenings. We loved the location of the house as well. David quickly responded to any questions we had regarding the property, the area, and offered recommendations for restaurants, etc as well. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Cape Cod family reunion

The home was so beautiful!!!! The attention to the small details in every room was amazing! The home screamed beach and the ocean. So lovely!!! Our favorite spot was outside on the patio…. Morning,noon and night we enjoyed the sunshine and evenings gathered around the patio table 😃 isolated and quiet is exactly what we were looking for! Stress Free Weekend

Our stay in this cape cod cottage was great. The communication for checkin checkout was easy and stress free. The location, although tucked away within the community was easy to get to and the house was clean on arrival. In our opinion the beds could have been a little more comfortable but all in all we had a nice stay as it was very convenient to the plans we had in the area.

Very nice home. Perfect for us five elderly ladies getaway.. Neighborhood quiet and close to outdoor mall and fine restaurants. Owner very accessible and helpful.

This home is just perfect for any season. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pans and dishes. Nice yard. The house was very mobility friendly. One tiny step in. The neighborhood was quiet and very aesthetically pleasing. Mashpee commons is close by as is the ocean and hiking trains. The owners are responsive if you need anything. I will be a repeat guest!!

Perfect long Cape Cod weekend with family!

We never have 80 degree weather in April so when that happened we jumped on a last minute getaway to Mashpee/ the cape. Reviews on space/location/experience. The Space: David and Juliane's home was perfect for our family (me, my husband and our 2.5 year old). You can definitely fit a larger group in the home, as the space allowed for work from home and all of us to have our own space as well. Very comfortable, clean and fully stocked with all rental necessities - linens/towels, kitchen items (including tupperware to help with any beach picnics and basic spices to help for grilling, and the cleaning items...I hate when places don't have paper towels/garbage bags. Location - Quick and easy drive (or walk!) to the South Cape Beach. Awesome restaurant options nearby - Mashpee Commons, or Raw Bar for the lobster roll (it's enormous)! Experience - The space in back of a golf course community and you are a drive from main road which keeps things nice and quiet but also note it helps to have a car to get around from place to place. Would absolutely come back and stay again! This is a perfect family location and rental for those looking for a nice, Cape Cod retreat.
