Our charming (2) bedroom, one level end-unit condo with detached garage on the 3rd floor, provides a perfect place to relax and overlook the sand dunes leading to the beach. Stroll one block to O'Steen Beach access and travel along the sandy path to the beach and enjoy the sugar-white sand between your toes & admire the crystal clear waters for a free dose of Vitamin D! If you get tired of building sandcastles, feel free to call the Destin Water Taxi for a pickup from the beach to take you across the harbor to enjoy a plethora of restaurants, shopping, water sports, & entertainment.



Upon arrival, the condo is a self check-in residence with a private entry code to assist in practicing social distancing & allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys. When you arrive place your bikes, beach chairs or belongings the spacious garage then traverse to top floor - 4 flights of 8 steps. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher & microwave. The dining room table has seating for (4). The living area features a flat screen TV with a comfy loveseat and (2) overstuffed chairs where you can snuggle up, enjoy movies or play games. The room also has a working desk & chair.



The sliding glass doors off the living room & master bedroom fill the area with warmth & natural sunlight. The private deck wraps around the two sides of the condo allowing you to sit back & observe the boats and yachts cruise and port. There is a high-top dining table for (4) to enjoy a meal, snacks or libations while admiring the stunning view of the sand dunes, beach and harbor and/or people watching along the shoreline, all free of charge & provides live entertainment.



Awake to the stunning view of the water from your bed in the Master Bedroom! The master sliding door opens to the deck with seating for two and provides a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The room has clean lines, a beach motif design, king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan & nice walk-in closet. The master includes an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and separate private area with a commode and step-in shower. The full sized washer & dryer are located in the hallway closet.



The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and large closet. The bathroom is a Jack-n-Jill with a step-in shower/tub combo. For additional sleeping, we provide a twin rollaway.



Please note this beach area is known for the best snorkeling in Destin so remember to bring your snorkel gear. Tourists pay to be brought to this area via dive boats but you have the ease and pleasure of snorkeling from the beach. Dolphins are often seen surfacing in the late afternoon to sunset.

SPECIAL NOTES:

• Parking – Private Garage - Clearance 6’5” Height x 7’’8” Width x 29’ Length (garage overall width is wider once inside). The garage door has an opener. One designated parking space is included with the condo located to the left of the garages in the 2nd space farthest from Garage 201. If you have 2 very small vehicles you “may” have the option of tandem parking. (1) Visitor Parking spot is available behind the garage for guests not staying overnight, one must pull in perpendicular behind the garage with the side of your vehicle near the white staircase.
