¡Este espacioso y lujoso condominio frente a la playa de un dormitorio en el fabuloso SunDestin Resort de Destins tiene capacidad para 5 personas y tiene las vistas completas más increíbles del Golfo de México, así como una hermosa vista de la ciudad desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal! Desde su balcón privado, contemple los delfines en las aguas cristalinas del golfo, la playa de arena blanca o, debido a su ligero ángulo occidental, ¡incluso la acción de la ciudad! ¡Tiene lo mejor de los tres mundos! El ángulo occidental proporciona más privacidad que otras unidades y elimina el ruido de la piscina o el área de juegos infantiles para que pueda tener la estadía privada más tranquila que solo un penthouse puede ofrecer. Hay mucho espacio y asientos en la sala de estar con un sofá de tamaño completo, una silla y una gran tumbona junto a la ventana, todo perfecto para mirar el Smart TV de 55 "conectado a Internet, acceder a sus cuentas de Netflix para ver películas o disfrutar de las hermosas vistas. También tiene un agradable comedor con mesa y sillas.

BEST PLACE TO STAY!

Communication was beyond amazing! Condo was clean and had all the extra touches you need on vacay. Master bed is very comfy. AC works great. Kitchen very well equipped. On site parking pass included with stay. Laundry on premises if needed. Cute little shop in lobby for anything you want or forgot. View from the balcony is gorgeous and beach access is right there. I will stay in this condo for any future Destin staying!!

Amazing views

Loved the beautiful penthouse. The views were amazing each time we woke up to see them. Chris was amazing on making our stay there beautiful and memorable. I would recommend that place over and over again.

Beautiful view

The condo was vey well stocked with everything we needed. The view was the best I’ve ever seen and I have stayed in Destin several times. Our host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place. I will be staying again.

Perfect family getaway

Everything went great! Chris is an amazing person to rent from! Walking into the room for the first time was better than the pictures! Super clean and updated place! The view is amazing! The hotel is very nice and in a great location as well. Great access to the beach! Over all a great place to stay!

Best condo we’ve ever rented

Owner Chris was quick to welcome us by email when we booked. He was thorough about the simple checkin process. This condo is beautiful and very clean. This balcony is the best for coffee drinking in the morning. We will definitely want to rent this condo again

Everything was perfect!

From day 1 setting up the condo until the day we checked out, everything was just wonderful. Great communication with owner and he was very informative! Clean condo and supplied with everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit! The view was fantastic also! Will definitely book this very same one next year!

Anniversary- Wedding Vacay

Our daughter was getting married on the beach on the same day as her Mother and I anniversary so we were celebrating her wedding, our anniversary and the first time to Destin for both of us. Could not have asked for any better experience all the way around.

Perfect vacation!

The condo was exactly what I was expecting! Clean, comfortable and cute! We were checked in prior to arrival eliminating the entire process after a long 9 hr drive! Chris responds quickly and is eager to help in any way possible to make your stay wonderful!! Will book again!

Wonderful trip to Destin!

We had a great time in Destin and this place was amazing. It was super clean and Chris was wonderful to deal with. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I would recommend renting an umbrella and chairs to ensure you have a great spot at the ocean. We did this and never felt rushed to get to the front row.

Beautiful Room, Beautiful views, can’t beat this condo.

First the owner and the propert management are amazing! All the information up front very responsive and made our stay easy. The room was exceptionally clean and trust me when I tell you, you can’t beat the views from this condo. You can see the ocean regardless of where you are and the decor and furniture are comfortable. Can’t wait to book this unit again.

Beautiful condo with a breathtaking view!

Wow! What a beautiful condo!!! It’s wonderfully decorated and spacious. It has a breathtaking view overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed every morning on the balcony taking in all of the sights. Owner is very pleasant and responds quickly to any questions you may have. We will definitely return!!!

Beautiful Beach and Sunsets!

Best overall was the ease in dealing with Chris. He responded quickly to any question. The condo was clean, beautiful and the balcony was perfect to watch the sunsets with a glass of wine. Had several restaurants close. Would definitely recommend a stay in this condo.

Breathtaking Views

The host was so easy to work with, and very informative. The property itself was great for families… quiet, not over crowded, and literally has everything you need. The views are stunning, you have the best view of the ocean and the city along with both the bridges coming into Destin. Also perfect view of the fireworks on Thursday night. I can’t say enough how beautiful it is, just have to see it for yourself. Will definitely stay here again. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Greatest stay every

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The sunsets were to die for. The owner of the condo Chris Graham made sure my wife and I had everything we needed. It was very easy to contact him if we had any questions. The condo was very clean. We loved the location to shopping centers and restaurants. I rate it 11 out of 10!

Great condo and location

Everything was exactly like photos. Chris was great communicating with us and making sure we were enjoying our trip. Only issue but not a deal breaker is the parking. They only give one pass per room. If you have additional vehicles, they have to park across the street behind chick fa la which is a good little walk. The view is beautiful. We also loved the waitress that came on beach to take drink and food orders. Great place to stay!

Unit 1815 excellent condo and view

My gf and I stayed in 1815 and I recommend it highly for couples. We walked in the room and were blown away by the view from the door. We ran out to the balcony before we even checked out the place. When we did it was just like the pictures. Very clean, well decorated and laid out. Chris left a welcome note and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Very communicative owner and you will not want for anything in this condo.

Wonderful Stay

What a wonderful week we had staying here. It was exactly as pictured and stated. Very nice and very comfortable. Loved being on top floor and loved that it was 1 1/2 bathrooms. Owner communication is great. LOVE that door is opened with code. No need to worry about key !!! Had everything that you need except your suit and towel!!!! Loved that SunDestin had 4 elevators.

Wonderful and amazing place to stay in Destin!

My family and I stayed for a week and absolutely loved the condo! Pictures are incredibly accurate. The place was very clean. And the view. Seriously cannot get any better! Having a view of the ocean and the city of Destin was perfect! We stayed the week of Fourth of July and the amount of fireworks we saw just from the balcony was awesome. Chris, the owner, was wonderful and even left a bottle of wine with a note on the counter! He was easy to get in touch with and responded/answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend Chris’ place and my family would book his place in a heartbeat the next time we plan a trip to Destin!

The Best

This was our first time to Destin. We absolutely loved it. The property was exactly as described. We had everything we needed for our stay. We were lucky to extend our stay an extra day which was nice. The views from the balcony were great. We brought binoculars which was nice to see the beach and water up close. Chris couldn't have been more gracious. He responded to our texts within 5 minutes. You can't go wrong with this property! Thanks Chris.

He is quick to respond to any request or question. He owns penthouse units 1814 and 1815 at the beautiful SunDestin Beach Resort and is involved with every aspect of his rentals. He manages the properties personally so you won’t have to deal with any property management companies or the front desk and is obsessed with neatness and cleanliness. He has almost 100% 5 star ratings and is a Premier Partner with VRBO. Chris takes care of his guests from the moment they inquire about his properties until the time they get back home to ensure you had a wonderful stay. Just read all his reviews and you’ll be a repeat guest like most others.

This property is extremely well kept and always super clean. Decorated beautifully with a Destin beach vibe and up to date. It’s on the Penthouse level 18th floor on the top so it is super private and quiet with breath taking views of the beach, ocean and city unlike all other units in the building.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What is amazingly unique about this penthouse unit is that the balcony sits at a slight western angle giving it unlimited full views of the city lights and action as well as the entire ocean and beach as far as you can see, not just the portion in front of you like some units. This means that you don't have to walk out onto the balcony in order to see the water and the beach. You have amazing views from the living room AND the master bedroom since the bedroom is not positioned back deep inside by the front door.
