¡Este espacioso y lujoso condominio frente a la playa de un dormitorio en el fabuloso SunDestin Resort de Destins tiene capacidad para 5 personas y tiene las vistas completas más increíbles del Golfo de México, así como una hermosa vista de la ciudad desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal! Desde su balcón privado, contemple los delfines en las aguas cristalinas del golfo, la playa de arena blanca o, debido a su ligero ángulo occidental, ¡incluso la acción de la ciudad! ¡Tiene lo mejor de los tres mundos! El ángulo occidental proporciona más privacidad que otras unidades y elimina el ruido de la piscina o el área de juegos infantiles para que pueda tener la estadía privada más tranquila que solo un penthouse puede ofrecer. Hay mucho espacio y asientos en la sala de estar con un sofá de tamaño completo, una silla y una gran tumbona junto a la ventana, todo perfecto para mirar el Smart TV de 55 "conectado a Internet, acceder a sus cuentas de Netflix para ver películas o disfrutar de las hermosas vistas. También tiene un agradable comedor con mesa y sillas.

La cocina está bellamente decorada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar una comida familiar. ¡También tiene una ventana que da a la ciudad y la bahía!

The condo is beautifully decorated with a Beach theme. It was very clean and had some complimentary snacks and wine when we arrived. Chris was very informative and kept in touch the whole time. We would love to come back.

It's perfect can't reccomend enough! It's amazing the view was gorgeous and the host was incredible. P.S There's a full body mirror behind the bedroom door. Also Sundestin itself has chair and umbrella rentals (you're not allowed to bring your own umbrella) for just the chairs it's 35 and an extra 20 with the umbrella. You can bring a beach towel or something to lay down wherever though.

Very nice place to take a break from life with beautiful views of the ocean and the city. Chris was really awesome with his communication from start to finish! We love the views even from the bedroom, he even left a welcome gift for us. We will definitely come back sometime, we were very happy with absolutely everything.

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin. The penthouse unit we stayed in was awesome. The views were incredible. The room was so nice and clean. The host was awesome and answered any question we had. We couldn’t have been more happier with our stay. Would definitely like to go back.

Penthouse condo was beautiful. Chris the owner is super responsive and truly cares about your stay. Kitchen has everything you could ever need and the views are fantastic. Having 2 separate bathrooms is a huge plus and the shower is great. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Destin.

We loved our stay at the gorgeous Sundestin Condo. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks to start. The views are just amazing on the 18th floor. You see everything. The room was clean and spactious. Loved the shower. A great shower just makes the stay satisfying. Stay here and you wont be disappointed. The king bed was perfect for us. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need. Needless to say the ocean was what we came for, and it was warm, crystal clear and the little fish swimming around just made it feel like your In the caribean. 100% loved our stay. Thank you Chris!!

Gorgeous! Beautiful view of the gulf and white sandy beach. Perfect fit for us. The unit was super clean. Chris, our host ensured we had everything and more that we needed. Much thought was put into setting up the unit. His responses to any questions were very quick. The building was quiet, parking was plentiful, the laundry and trash were conveniently located to the unit. Our favorite part was the balcony! We enjoyed sitting out taking in the breeze. The pools were nice and we were able to get in a little exercise at the fitness spot. Definitely a place to return to!

The kitchen all you would ever need to cook your favorites. The entry when you first get there takes your breath away woth the mysic playing the view the places that is yours for how long you have got it. Our host was there if you needed him helpful with everything. It is very close to restaurants and shopping and our own private beach.

Everything was amazing! As soon as we walked in, the view was breathtaking and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. Chris was on top of everything, responded back quickly, and made sure our stay was everything and more. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay!

The condo was beautiful. Brand new finishes. Chris was fantastic with communication and making sure our stay was great. Absolutely would stay again! The beach and view was amazing.

It’s all about those amazing ocean and sunset views that most of the resort doesn’t get. But we do! And being right on the beach is so nice. Thank you for staying it was a pleasure having you. He has been renting his beautiful condos for years and has tons of repeat guests returning every year so get an early start on your vacation dates because they book up fast. He is quick to respond to any request or question. He owns penthouse units 1814 and 1815 at the beautiful SunDestin Beach Resort and is involved with every aspect of his rentals. He manages the properties personally so you won’t have to deal with any property management companies or the front desk and is obsessed with neatness and cleanliness. He has almost 100% 5 star ratings and is a Premier Partner with VRBO. Chris takes care of his guests from the moment they inquire about his properties until the time they get back home to ensure you had a wonderful stay. Just read all his reviews and you’ll be a repeat guest like most others.

This property is extremely well kept and always super clean. Decorated beautifully with a Destin beach vibe and up to date. It’s on the Penthouse level 18th floor on the top so it is super private and quiet with breath taking views of the beach, ocean and city unlike all other units in the building.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What is amazingly unique about this penthouse unit is that the balcony sits at a slight western angle giving it unlimited full views of the city lights and action as well as the entire ocean and beach as far as you can see, not just the portion in front of you like some units. This means that you don't have to walk out onto the balcony in order to see the water and the beach. You have amazing views from the living room AND the master bedroom since the bedroom is not positioned back deep inside by the front door.
