¡Este espacioso y lujoso condominio frente a la playa de un dormitorio en el fabuloso SunDestin Resort de Destins tiene capacidad para 5 personas y tiene las vistas completas más increíbles del Golfo de México, así como una hermosa vista de la ciudad desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal! Desde su balcón privado, contemple los delfines en las aguas cristalinas del golfo, la playa de arena blanca o, debido a su ligero ángulo occidental, ¡incluso la acción de la ciudad! ¡Tiene lo mejor de los tres mundos! El ángulo occidental proporciona más privacidad que otras unidades y elimina el ruido de la piscina o el área de juegos infantiles para que pueda tener la estadía privada más tranquila que solo un penthouse puede ofrecer. Hay mucho espacio y asientos en la sala de estar con un sofá de tamaño completo, una silla y una gran tumbona junto a la ventana, todo perfecto para mirar el Smart TV de 55 "conectado a Internet, acceder a sus cuentas de Netflix para ver películas o disfrutar de las hermosas vistas. También tiene un agradable comedor con mesa y sillas.

The kitchen all you would ever need to cook your favorites. The entry when you first get there takes your breath away woth the mysic playing the view the places that is yours for how long you have got it. Our host was there if you needed him helpful with everything. It is very close to restaurants and shopping and our own private beach.

Everything was great! Very clean, amazing view, within walking distance to several restaurants/entertainment venues. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the extra pull out beds for the kids. Chris was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed the second we walked in - he was also very responsive with his communications anytime we had a questions on/off the resort. Will definitely stay with him again! Picture of breakfast on the balcony from my walk to Parlor Doughnuts!

Spring break vacay

We enjoyed our stay, the condo had the best view of the beautiful water! Super cute, comfy bed, had some snacks and wine for our arrival. Communication with owner was great, always there to help! Despite construction going on all around the condos we did not have any issues during our visit. The location was great, tons of places to eat and other activities right around us.

BEST PLACE TO STAY!

Communication was beyond amazing! Condo was clean and had all the extra touches you need on vacay. Master bed is very comfy. AC works great. Kitchen very well equipped. On site parking pass included with stay. Laundry on premises if needed. Cute little shop in lobby for anything you want or forgot. View from the balcony is gorgeous and beach access is right there. I will stay in this condo for any future Destin staying!!

The condo was beautiful. Brand new finishes. Chris was fantastic with communication and making sure our stay was great. Absolutely would stay again! The beach and view was amazing.

Loved the beautiful penthouse. The views were amazing each time we woke up to see them. Chris was amazing on making our stay there beautiful and memorable. I would recommend that place over and over again.

The owner Chris is amazing and always available to communicate with. He has been renting his beautiful condos for years and has tons of repeat guests returning every year so get an early start on your vacation dates because they book up fast. He is quick to respond to any request or question. He owns penthouse units 1814 and 1815 at the beautiful SunDestin Beach Resort and is involved with every aspect of his rentals. He manages the properties personally so you won’t have to deal with any property management companies or the front desk and is obsessed with neatness and cleanliness. He has almost 100% 5 star ratings and is a Premier Partner with VRBO. Chris takes care of his guests from the moment they inquire about his properties until the time they get back home to ensure you had a wonderful stay. Just read all his reviews and you’ll be a repeat guest like most others.

This property is extremely well kept and always super clean. Decorated beautifully with a Destin beach vibe and up to date. It’s on the Penthouse level 18th floor on the top so it is super private and quiet with breath taking views of the beach, ocean and city unlike all other units in the building.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What is amazingly unique about this penthouse unit is that the balcony sits at a slight western angle giving it unlimited full views of the city lights and action as well as the entire ocean and beach as far as you can see, not just the portion in front of you like some units. This means that you don't have to walk out onto the balcony in order to see the water and the beach. You have amazing views from the living room AND the master bedroom since the bedroom is not positioned back deep inside by the front door.
