Set right at the front of a small complex, this three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse is perfectly placed to enjoy everything Inverloch has to offer.
Park the car, unpack and don't worry about anything as everything you need is within arms reach of this beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom townhouse.

Upstairs you will find an open plan living area that flows out to a decked outdoor BBQ area. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a two way bathroom that can be closed off privately or used as a communal bathroom closest to the main living area.
The downstairs area includes a second living area, perfect for the kids to enjoy the space of their own or enjoy a movie all to themselves away from the main area. The second living area is accompanied by a further two bedrooms and an additional bathroom with a separate laundry.
The property also features panel heating and reverse cycle air conditioning.
