Great weekend in a beautiful location.

My wife and I needed a weekend away and this was the perfect place. The views from the deck were exactly what we wanted, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to any requests and very friendly. We are already planning our next get away to this little hide away.

Great little place,

Great stay, in a clean, well appointed space. We’ve stayed in many GV VRBO’s, and this one we will book again! We were wanting a clean, place to sleep, and have coffee in the am. Most days are spent at our family’s place, or on an outing
 this worked perfectly for us!

Perfect weekend get away

Our little family of 4 stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect! The loft was clean, cute and the hot tub was perfect. We fell in love with the deck and the mountain views. Super short drive to the hot springs at Terrace Lakes. If we could have given it more star we would have!

Nice Place

The apartment was nice and the host was helpful when we had a problem with the hot tub. We chose a bad time to go because of wildfires so I can't tell you if the location was good for outdoor activities, but there were enough games to keep us entertained indoors and out of the smoke.

Amazing stay

Very cute place to stay. Small and quaint. The property was beautiful! We took our dogs and it was super dog friendly as well. There’s a big lot on the property next to the house and it was perfect for our dogs to go into. Brad was very easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend and will absolutely go back!

Simple

If you are looking for a fancy stay, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a quiet, simple retreat, away from the city lights, to enjoy a dip in the hot tub on the balcony, and see the stars, or enjoy the warmth of the fire pit, then this is the place for you. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Rustic Charm

I enjoyed my stay, the unit was spacious and the location was peaceful and convenient. The queen bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have the heater working in the bathroom and kitchen, however, the bedroom/living area heated well and was cozy. I definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay again in the future.

Great place near Starlight Kids Camp

We loved our week at Starlight Kids Camp and this landing spot was conveniently located and great for our crew. The house was clean and had everything thing we needed. We enjoyed time in the river and in the hot tub. The grill made summer meals easy and we loved the firepit. Thanks for the memories!

Enjoyed my stay, the home is in a good location to town and the view is beautiful. I spent most of my time on the deck not in the apartment because the sounds of nature are wonderful. After a day on the river or hiking the jacuzzi is very relaxing. The neighbors were very kind. If your looking for privacy and quiet this is your place.

Nice above the garage apartment. Kitchen well stocked. Washer and Dryer available if needed. Large sleeping room with big bed and bunk beds. Highly recommend the Starlight Theatre if in the area when they are performing.

Somewhat misleading

The loft was very comfortable & roomy. But the listing said easy river access & short walk. "Short walk" was 12 minutes, then the river was swift & rocky at that access. Very disappointing for the child who had walked so far & couldn't wade. Kitchen a/c would be nice

Hot tub and Wi-Fi

The hot tub chlorine was just a bit too much. And the Wi-Fi did not work. We even rebooted it still didn’t work but not that big of a deal. Enjoy our stay very cute place enjoy the peace and quiet from the busy life.

Clean, spacious but no hot tub

This property was a good location and the view from the balcony was great (minus the smoke/. However, the main reason we booked this property was the hot tub but, the tub was not filled. We were very disappointed and almost left. The ad should be updated if the hot tub is not an option. Also, the coffee maker either needs instructions or needs to be evaluated for any missing pieces, the coffee just brewed where the filter normally is and didn't drip into the carafe. We did enjoy the fire pit and the grill.

Beautiful deck!

The unit is nice and clean. My only real complaint is that there is no air conditioning unit and it was extremely hot the weekend we visited. The unit is above the garage and it got really warm. If you are hoping for an afternoon nap after a round of golf, think again. I tried to lie down for an hour before dinner but it was too hot inside to relax. The bathroom has a stand alone sink so no where to set down a curling iron or makeup. With all that said the deck is lovely and has a good view.

Disappointing stay

To start off, finding this property was extremely difficult, there was no number marking the property, and directions were vague and wrong. Once arriving, the outside of the property looked disheveled and dirty, cluttered with random junk like broken bikes. My wife and i left one day early since we did not feel comfortable or welcomed since when we were outside enjoying the jacuzzi listening to music and laughing, the owner decided it was a good time to start mowing his lawn. If he's unhappy with people listening to music he should specify that. We chose this place because we thought access to the forrest and river would be easy, but his instructions were wrong and all other access points were private property. Save your money, its overpriced and not worth it.
