Double the fun w/ 2 townhomes next to each other. 2 KING beds, 2 kitchens 2 much fun. Centrally located & sparkling clean. Enjoy relaxing on the patio with access to your own private hot tub. Everything is brand new including memory foam mattresses. Right next to Iconic Graff Dairy ice cream parlor and coffee shop. Walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, and LQ store. Centrally located in Grand Jct. making it a short drive to CMU, downtown and the mall. PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH A $20/NIGHT PET FEE, 2 PET MAX

2 of everything!! Well except the hot tub only one of them!!

Perfect for our extended family

We rented these two townhouses to stay in during our family reunion. It was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and perfectly located. Communication was clear and concise.

Great vacation stay for friends

We had a great stay. The units are perfect for vacationing friends. Everyone has privacy when wanted. Beds were very comfortable and the green pet space is wonderful. We noticed random people were letting their pets in the yard and not cleaning up after them. Also, discovered a wasp nest under the picnic table. Only thing we would add are patio umbrellas. The on-site laundry was much appreciated. Considering a return visit for a quilting group.

Awesome Experience!

Our family traveled to Colorado for my little brothers graduation and we had the best experience staying at these townhomes. They were in a great location, and the homes were beautiful and comfortable! The grass area was perfect for our family and friends to gather for games and a BBQ

great for family get away

having use of the two units, side by side, was great for our family. It allowed for 2 sets of grandparents to have a quiet place while the family with young children had a space of their own. The units were clean, well supplied, and comfortable.

Wonderful Family Weekend

A very warm and friendly place to stay. My only recommendation would be to is to have the turn off more noticeable. It's easy to miss the driveway with the address only being on the fence.

Excellent place to stay

This was a great place to stay. The Bedrooms did stink of pet urine but other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

A Great Weekend Getaway

We rented both units for a couples weekend getaway. The host was very communicative prior to arrival when I had a few questions. The check-in was a breeze. The units were clean and well equipped. Everyone really enjoyed the amenities of the hot tub and fire pit. Great location near liquor and grocery store. Would highly recommend and am looking forward to another stay here!

Clean place and convenient for our needs

We enjoyed our stay here. The proximity to the ice cream shop was great. The only issue we had was the lighting there, lamps are small and don;t do a great job lighting the rooms. The place is super clean and we had all the cookware we needed. There is a fair amount of road noise so bring ear plugs if this keeps you awake. My son and DIL really appreciated the black out shades in the guest bedroom.

Our Hub away from home

Our family rented this entire property and worked best for ALL ages and family members. The hot tub, barbecue, and setup made it perfect for 4 families to function as one unit during our destination wedding in Palisades. It was conveniently located across the BEST ice cream in town, grocery shopping, and walking distance for coffee. The property manager was kind, reachable, patient when answering all of our questions and calmed us through what would be a normally chaotic situation.

Great 2 Condos

Condos were both very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Would recommend staying at these if you are in the area. Nice and close to the grocery store and Berna B's was a great place for breakfast.
