Great for multi generations

The layout of an upstairs and downstairs living room was perfect for our multigenerational group. We had ample space for all. The beds upstairs were very comfortable, but the downstairs queen and twins were not. We had everything we needed and a few hiccups. A breaker tripped and the fridge was out but luckily my husband was able to find the breaker box and reset it The city sprayed along the side walk and caused roaches to crawl up the front steps which was disconcerting but we didn’t see any inside until the last morning when one was seen downstairs.

Nice Location.

This is a very nice rental with all the creature comforts. The location is quiet, but easy to access all of town.

Guys Mountain Bike Trip

5 adults stayed in the house and fit comfortably. The covered patio area was perfect and where we spent our time grilling, fixing bikes, playing darts, eating, and discussing the day’s adventures. I would definitely recommend the Lincoln Park house.

In town for CMU Graduation

The property is very close to campus and only a few minutes from Main Street. A perfect set up for our family gathering for graduation weekend.

Family Gathering

We had 9 adults and one dog gathered for a memorial service in Grand Junction for two nights. This house was exactly what we needed: clean, a great patio, and a comfortable living room for playing card games and talking together.

Wine country stay

10 friends and I stayed at the place, and had a great time. Perfect place to host large parties of people at a great price. Dogs loved the backyard too!

Great location

This house is perfectly located for CMU visits. The house has lots of potential. We had some cleanliness issues but the property manager was very responsive and agreed with our assessment based on the pictures we sent. I was a little surprised that they asked us to clean dishes by hand that wouldn’t fit in the dish washer. That definitely explains why dishes in the cabinets were not clean (the previous people, I assume, did not truly clean them and just put them away). To me, it’s impossible to maintain a standard with this as your process. Overall the house itself is nice! I few updates could make it a little more comfortable.

Second stay, not as smooth as the first. Great host.

The property and location met our needs well but our stay was riddled with bumps, some definitely out of the host's control! They did their best to remedy those that they could and were quick to respond and find creative solutions. Neighbors had some unseemly activity, and I don't know if that's indicative of the changes in Grand Junction or representative of the neighborhood, but it was a little unsettling. All that said, I wouldn't hesitate to rent from the Fixture Studio again. They were attentive, considerate (our son ended up in the ER and they went out of their way to assist us in the check out process), and professional.
