Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Home is lovely. Clubhouse was not open for use but pool was awesome!!

The house was easy to find. This is a beautiful house with pool and is very close to different venues. There were a few minor things we let property manager know about. This did not impede are stay at all. Very spacious and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! The host was quick to respond to one of our questions. The area is quiet and the pool and hot tub work great! The kids had so much fun and so did the adults. This house has a beautiful outdoor area to sit and chat while the kids are in the pool. It is about a 30 minute drive to Disney.

We were here for a baseball tournament and my wife's 50th! Plenty of beds for our party of 6 - more importantly - plenty of BATHROOMS. We enjoyed the hot-tub and pool after long days on the diamond. Easy to access - had tons of cooking equipment and games and everything we needed. We have another tournament in July - hope it is available!

Great house to rent near Disney for the family

I was there for business, but there was plenty of room for a family to stay. House was clean and the pool was great.

Amazing vacation

We stayed at this rental for a week and absolutely enjoyed our stay. They pool was great along with the hot tub, which got really hot. Beds we very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Will rent again!

Great home conveniently located in Davenport. Near shopping, interstate and entertainment. I will certainly book again. I could use 2 or 3 more days just to unwind and enjoy the pool!

Great place, but a couple issues.

I'll start with the good. This house is wonderful and a great place to stay. There is plenty of rooms and beds, the place was stocked with anything you'd need during a stay away from home, and the porch/pool area was amazing. We really did have a nice time staying here. As for the bad, the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because during our stay, on the second day, a ton of little gnats started to fly out of the drain on the sink in the main bathroom of the house. We had no idea why it was happening and it was just a little off-putting. Additionally, the host is a bit rude, but luckily we only had to communicate with them once. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here if you are a large group away from home.

The house was not clean. Hair over the floor, chairs, and sofa. We had to clean the house before we could enjoy it. We couldn't enjoy the patio because the furniture was too dirty.

Upon arriving to the property the toilet was clogged as soon as we came in and checked the property I gave the manager a call he was very good at responding. The property was not cleaned at all. My son found someone else’s shoes under the bed. My daughter’s covers had dried food stain on it. We also found someone else’s lashes in the pool. The bedroom sliding door did not open. Only one tv in the rooms worked. It was no washcloths or enough towels. I would not stay there ever again or invite anyone else to stay at this property!

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following:- The home is professionally cleaned after each guest stay, and the owner will follow up with the cleaning team to ensure all areas, including under beds and bedding, meet their high standards.- Extra towels are always available at the property, and the owner wishes they had known you needed more so they could have resolved that for you right away.- There are six smart TVs throughout the home, each with a Spectrum cable box. Guests may need to press the Input button on either the Spectrum or TV remote and select the Spectrum box as the correct input for the cable channels to work.- The TVs also have smart features so guests can use streaming apps with their own login if they’d like.Thank you for sharing your experience. Everything was nice except one thing. It was raining when we arrived and description of property states it had a two car garage. Property had a garage but we could not park in garage it was full of homeowners personal property

Florida stay

The house itself was very nice and shown as listed. Only thing I would recommend is them having someone deep clean the entire home like even the ceilings and the outside area by the pool. The house is older and you can tell upon first entering the home because it has this strong smell of "oldness". We ended up buying some candles to make the house smell somewhat decent. The pool area is nice but there's spider webs that needs to be cleared. Other than that, the house was nice!

Not As Advertised

Property was disappointing - pictures were old and didn't reflect what the property actually looks like. It could be a great property with some TLC. Outside needs maintenance and inside needs updating (kitchen appliances are new and that is an asset). Until some care is given to the property, I would not recommend staying there.
