We spent two blissful days at this property on Kiawah. As well as close proximity to the beach (via Boardwalk 7), the screened porch was a nice place to relax day or night, with the soothing sound of the nearby fountain. The porch was a bit cobwebby though and could use a cleaning. The kitchen was very well equipped. One relatively minor glitch was the absence of wine glasses. Once I let the owner know a set of new glasses was very quickly delivered. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect size place, the screened in lanai was nice to watch the rain from. Beach was perfect walking distance. Very clean and comfortable.

The condo was walkable to the beach but a bit of a long walk with chairs and a cooler. The inside of the condo was fine and had what we needed BUT the outside entrance ceiling area hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time and it was a huge turnoff. The biggest disappointment for me was the back porch area was so dirty with spider webs and bugs, which made it unusable There were praying mantises inside the porch.

The Villa was pretty convenient to the beach and the Sandcastle! It was super easy to get in and the checkout process was smooth. The floor seemed a little dirty, and there were no mats inside to wipe your feet or shoes off. The sliding glass door is extremely hard to open and was very dirty. It needs some maintenance. It was nice to have laundry on site.

Very nice area with lots of trees, areas to walk or ride bikes. Rental was clean. Relatively recent updates. Everything their that you need. Great process to check in and out. Five stars all around!

Great close to beach getaway

Just 4 minutes from Kiawah’s beach, this cute 1 bedroom condo is perfect for a getaway! Clean, comfy, and close to island entrance, shopping, and most importantly, the beach! Highly recommend!

The refrigerator was broken and spoiled our groceries (lots of seafood). We were given a mini-fridge that was so small it couldn’t hold many items. This led us to have to eat out much more than usual. The dryer was broken which made an inconvenience for towels, refreshing clothes to wear to dinners etc…The stove was quite unusual to use.

Kiawah getaway

This property was the perfect haven for a getaway. Just a short walk to the beach. The voucher for bikes was wonderful and the property is right on a bike trail. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect little condo!

Loved the place, cool screened in deck, nicely decorated, kitchen well equipped, with all the windows, the place felt spacious. We used the equipment credit and greatly enjoyed all the trails biking our entire stay!

Nice stay

Great location for trips on and off the island. Just the right size for me and two teens. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The bike rentals were really nice. The mattresses on the bed and pull out couch could be updated. Thanks a lot!!

Weekend visit

We enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the bicycle credit and rode all over the island and on the beach. We also went to the beach a few days easily within a few minutes walk or bike ride. We enjoyed meals at several places on the island and daily coffee at The Nest! Saw alligators deers and plenty of lizards, chipmunks and squirrels on the bike path. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Would stay again-

Perfect size and location

Last minute plans for Spring Break and first time to Kiawah. The condo was on the smaller side (to be excepted from listing description) but it was the perfect size for 2 adults and 1 child. The location was a very short walk to the beach, short bike ride to other activities and a short drive to the Freshfields Market area for shopping, dining and groceries. We rented bikes and beach chairs which worked out well. The reservation process was easy and check-in procedure was communicated well. Would stay here again.

Comfortable cozy spot and very close to the beach

It was a great spot to stay and would’ve given it five stars on all accounts except there was construction going on right outside the unit and we weren’t aware that this was going to happen. I’m pretty sure the owners didn’t know it was going to happen either. Otherwise great spot to stay

Very nice place but needed some updates

We had a lovely stay. The condo is small, but nice. It needs a few updates and instructions on how to use things would have been helpful. We had trouble turning on the shower, the dryer, and the TV. The sink caved in on our last night, but the agency was very sorry and offered to move us. A walking map to the beach would have been nice to have, although the one provided by the leasing agency was somewhat helpful. (Think of details when developing such instructions.) The agency was very pleasant and helpful throughout.

Review

Neat and clean. Kitchen faucet did not always work right. Frig gave us warning tones. Had to reset temp. Bathroom doorstop broken. No instructions for washing machine. Many cobwebs in porch area. Those could easily be swept down, but look like they were there for a long time
