Summary:

Our home offers all of the amenities and luxuries of your home while being ideally located near to the best of Asheville! Come and escape with convenient features such as king sized beds, a fully-stocked kitchen, charger stations, blackout curtains, sound machines, smart locks, Amazon Echo, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and books and games for your whole family to enjoy together!



The Space:

Come get away in our spacious, updated condo! Make yourself at home in this 2 bedroom upstairs condo that sleeps 6. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, an en suite bathroom, a 50" smart TV, and blackout curtains. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, a smart TV, and plenty of extra amenities to make it a great stay. A full-sized sofa bed is available with linens for use as well. Bring along your favorite pet to hike the trails with too!



This condo is the perfect place for you to begin your Asheville adventure! It is conveniently located 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville and The Biltmore House. Getting around town with Uber or Lyft is very reasonable, starting around $8.



Be sure to stop by some of the local favorites for a meal or a pint. Asheville is has many great eateries and breweries to choose from, many within a short drive of the condo. Just down the street is an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, opening up travelers to many quiet mountain adventures.

Guest Access:

Guests access the home using an electronic keypad with the code sent to you beforehand. There's no need to worry about keys!



Guests have access to the whole home, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen.



There are two designated parking spots for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

The Neighborhood is in a quiet, residential area only a few minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, I-40, and I-240. There is an Ingles grocery store less than 1 mile away as well as multiple restaurants like Piazza, Nachos & Beer, Great Wall, and Subway.



Getting Around:

Guests can use taxis, Uber, and Lyft, starting around $8.

Everything was spectacular! The place was even nicer than the pics, very clean & well furnished. Host was very responsive & professional. Will definitely book with this host again in the future. Lovely Stay

Lovely place that was cute and comfortable. Good communication with the owners/management. It was easy to find and within easy driving distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We would stay there again.

Modern mountain retreat

Loved this beautiful, super clean and comfortable condo! The bedding was so soft,high end and the simple crisp decor made this place a retreat I was always excited to come back to at the end if our day. Water in all of Asheville is still not potable, but we were prepared for that plus the host sticked the fridge with bottled water for us. Location is very easy drive into Asheville.

Wonderful place to stay!

So glad we found this listing and decided to give it a try, rather than booking hotel rooms! The condo was roomier than we expected, and as a family of introverts, it was nice to be able to spend time together in the common area, or spread out in separate rooms for some alone time. The space is very comfortably furnished, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. From start to finish, we had a great experience! Would definitely recommend, and we're looking forward to staying here again, if we ever come back for a visit in Asheville!

Beautiful view, interesting driveway

The unit was spacious and well outfitted. The view from the deck was amazing. the road to the unit is very steep and a single lane so be warned. The unit number is hard to see from the road (it's on the second floor). The manager communicates well. We would stay again, if in Asheville.

It was nice being close to the mountains and downtown. Everything was as described. My best friend left some clothes in the closest after we left to depart back home. I have reached out to the owners several times and there still has no been a response. She is willing to workout how to get the few items back but they meant a lot to her and it is sad that there is no response back to work something out. Also we were missing some essentials like trash bags and dishwashing soap but when I reached out someone was able to drop some stuff off to us.

Perfect Hideaway!

This was a perfect hideaway for 4 adults and our dogs with 2 King beds and 2 baths in a quiet neighborhood tucked away from traffic and noise. We came to Asheville to tour The Biltmore and enjoy the food and craft beer scene and watch a couple movies in the evenings. Beautiful nature-scape looking out the balcony patio! All updated. Everything went smoothly! Thank you for the perfect hideaway!
