Cook delicious home-cooked meals in the fully updated kitchen before stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy the tranquil sounds of the creek during summer. The condo also offers a spacious grassy area with picnic tables and community barbecue grills—ideal for outdoor gatherings. After a day of mountain adventures, soak away your cares in the community hot tub.

Winter visitors will love the true ski-in/ski-out access, with the Snowflake ski lift just a 5-minute walk away and easy return via the Four O’Clock ski run at Sawmill Road. A free shuttle stop nearby adds to the convenience, and downtown Breckenridge is within easy walking distance.

Great location

Perfect little condo with a balcony overlooking a creek. It was very peaceful and relaxing. It was within a good walking distance to downtown.

Pleasant condo

We really enjoyed the stay. It’s a little bit of a hike with gear to get to the gondola or lift, but the convenience off the 4 o clock is really nice. Short walk to town. comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Anniversary ski trip

Excellent property overall. Small 1 bedroom condo, but perfect for a couple. Almost ski in/out, just a short walk to ski lift or bus route.

Great condo and convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, which was as advertised. It was clean and had enough room for a family of four. A bit of a hike to Snowflake chair with gear on but convenient location nonetheless and a short walk to Main St. The staff at Breckenridge Resort Managers were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would come again!

Long weekend get away

Property was as described. Great location to town and to the ski slopes. My only issue was that the hot tub was not clean, but notified rental company and they were responsive.

Great stay

We enjoyed the stay. Great location and only about 150 meters walk to snowflake lift but ski in when come back. We will come back next time. Communication with the property manager is smooth. They answered emails instantly.

Modern and New

We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of this unit. It was easy access to everything including the Snowflake chairlift. It was a little walk to get to, but coming back we were able to ski right up to our door. The 4 "0 clock run goes right passed the unit and you can watch everyone coming back. Overall this place had everything we needed except storage and when we arrived at 10pm it was 55 degrees and did not warm up until the next morning.

Ski condo

The property was as advertised. It was very clean and perfect for me and my grown son. I would however think it be too small for more than 3 especially with all the ski gear. Property managers checked-in with me during the stay and my one request for a humidifier was quickly delivered. My only concern is the lack of lighting around the property at night made navigating the snow and ice difficult. Otherwise a great little condo in a great area

Great location is a short walk to Main St. Excellent property management company. Had a tiny issue with drain plug and they resolved it within a couple of hours. Perfect Breckenridge Home Base

It's a quick walk to the Snowflake lift and the gondola, you can exit the 4 O'Clock trail in the condo's parking lot, and it's also just a quick walk to town. The condo itself was absolutely immaculate and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Linens were crisp. Plenty of hooks for ski gear. Absorbent rugs for wet boots. Laundry in the building. We would definitely stay here again!
