The host is great and very responsive. The location is fantastic. The house is good for a large family. The dishwasher was falling apart and the main living room sofa was in very bad shape. The house was also missing silverware. Other than that I had a good experience and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Positives: house in a great location, ample size, and well maintained.Negatives: (1) our names were not given to main gate, so we had trouble getting in; (2) the keylock-code was incorrect on the check-in instructions and required extra time to sort out; (3) Wi-Fi code was incorrect on the check-in instructions (again took time to resolve); (4) remaining family names provided to host/prop mgr, but not given to gate (frustrating and took extra time)

Lovely and spacious home

Our family loved this home! It was more than enough space for everyone, clean and the host is highly responsive. We didn’t want to leave!

Huge space!

This is a great house for what we needed. We had 8 guests total and everyone had their own space!We were going to the parks, and you are looking at about a 20-minute ride. The best part is how much is around the community like grocery stores and shops. I will say, some of the beds are on the low end of quality, we had to snag a mattress topper so we could at least geta decent nights sleep in one of the king beds but it still was nicer then some of the hotels we have stayed at the area. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with tools and utensils, but be prepared to bring everythign, including any spices, bags, foil of any other needed items.We would book again and would suggest this property to others.

Plenty of room

We had plenty of room for our two families. The upstairs family area was great for kids. Timely responses from the manager. Resort pool was very nice. We also enjoyed basketball, pickleball and volleyball there. Listing was accurate. Easy “back roads” access to Disney.

Family get together

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to Disney but the traffic always a challenge in Orlando. Plenty of room for six adults, one child and and two infants. Quiet location except for barking dog the first night. Place could use a few more cooking sheets but made do. Good value for the money.

Exceptional Stay with a Thoughtful Host!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this space! It was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind together. Everything was beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The host was also very responsive and checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable, top-notch stay!

Good property in a good location

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and organized. Recommendations- need new cooking utensils, need more than just one dish soap packet per day and need laundry detergent. Overall, family and I had a great time. We would go back.

Very Spacious and convenient to Disney

Our Dance family had a great stay here. We had our own space to relax but able to be together as well. They’re quick to respond if you need anything as well. I left some clothing in a drawer and they coordinated with the next guest for me to be able to pick up my items.

Week with family

We had a great week. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5 and having the pool was nice for the kids. The game room and pool at the clubhouse were a great addition as well. The only downside were the selection of pots and pans in the kitchen. It was a very limited selection to begin with and what was available was not in good shape. We were not able to use them. Communication with the evolve team was great and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely book here again.

Had our team stay in the same housing complex. Our coaching staff rented this house. Clean house. My only complaint os that the pool does not get much sun so we did not use the outside area of the house

10s across the board!

Listen…THIS IS THE HOME TO STAY AT! This house was a 10 across the board. From the host, to check in process, to cleanliness, to space, even down to the supplies needed! I hated to leave, really wanted to extend my stay. The location is perfect off of Disney property but still a nice distance (not too far). The security is top tier, and I can’t compliment the home and space enough! Each room has its own bathroom and the master bedroom upstairs is everything. The home even came with 2 strollers, a high chair and pack and play which was so convenient for my 1 year old as I went off and left his stroller at home. This saved me over 100 because I was going to go buy one. THIS IS THE HOME TO STAY IN FOR YOUR VACATION!!! I literally have no negatives for this home! Thank you so much! Wish I would’ve taken photos but I only have a video of our arrival and sadly it won’t let me post it. But take my word! BOOK THIS HOME!!!

We stayed oct 13-15 overall the property was nice...was alitrle smaller than the pics showed....they have strict policy on #of cars and every driver has to check in or the rude security will turn them away and threatened towing of their vehicle...the communication between the property manager was good we communicated via text... other than that... the property was perfect for my friends and I

Commencing with the positive aspects, the air conditioning system functioned effectively, and the property provided ample space for our families.However, I must express my profound disappointment. Despite my persistent efforts over three days to secure alternative accommodations, the property presented significant deficiencies. The house was in a state of disrepair, with notably stained carpets and couches, alongside unsanitary outdoor furniture. While the pool was of modest size, its usability was compromised by the damaged lanai, which was missing numerous panels, despite my explicit inquiry regarding its repair status and subsequent assurance of its condition. Furthermore, the living room couch was broken, and the furniture in general was clearly worn and in need of replacement. The restrooms exhibited damaged components, and there were holes in the walls. I attempted to contact the host without receiving a response. Subsequently, I contacted the management company, who indicated they would address the issues, offering a 190 compensation for a ten-night stay, which was the maximum they could provide, resulting in a financial loss for me. I then contacted VRBO, who offered 120. This experience was exceedingly unsatisfactory. The property lacked essential supplies, including adequate kitchenware, with notably poor-quality pans. There was a single roll of toilet paper, a cracked refrigerator, and no keyless entry system, which created logistical challenges for our 4 family

Room for Improvement

Lovely space and fantastic resort amenities. "Cook's Kitchen" was disappointing- listed amenities missing or unusable (no grill, no spices, cookware and utensils extremely limited). Towels sparce. Pool was set to 103 degrees and we couldn't use it for the first two days. We were told to "add hose water to cool it down". AC was off upon arrival and it was HOT. Fire alarms beeping when we arrived, batteries needed and our property manager was "out of the country" and barely got back to us. Overall, this is a lovely property that is poorly maintained and stocked.

Poor Choice

Although the unit was spacious, there was a multitude of problems. We couldn’t access the property for 40 minutes because no one notified the gate of our arrival and when we tried to contact someone it went to voice mail. We had great difficulty with the front door; it wouldn’t open easily and could never lock it when we left for the day. The keurig coffee machine didn’t work. The toilet paper was cheap and paper thin. The screen to the pool was torn and the vertical blinds had missing slats. Light bulbs were inoperative.
