Pushing open the navy blue front door, you're greeted by breathtaking views as you step into the open concept kitchen and living room. Enjoy breakfast at the large center Island as you stare over Cape Cod Bay with views of Pilgrim Monument in the distance.Down the hallway, three bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements in this sleeps 6 home. The first two bedrooms at the front of the home each have a king bed and beautiful built-in cabinetry. Further down the hall, the final bedroom houses two twin beds atop great built-in storage, and breathtaking views of the bay waters below.



The views are even better on the sprawling back deck, where you may even fall asleep in the Adirondack chairs as you listen to the waves lap against the shore. The crushed bluestone patio area surrounding the whole house provides plenty of great space to soak in the sun while the small cedar tree adds just the right amount of shade to your sand-dune hideaway with the table underneath offering a great spot for outdoor dining. Be sure to plan a few nights to be at this incredible home during sunset, a near spiritual experience at the end of your vacation days with its breathtaking beauty. Just to the left of the driveway is a pathway and staircase that leads directly down to the beach. You could quite literally roll out of bed onto the sand at Great Hollow beach!

By far the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. It was so clean, charming, and the communication with the owners was exceptional. The deck outside with your own walkway to the beach was my favorite part. I would absolutely stay here again and plan on it in the future!

Beautiful home, right in the ocean with easy beach access. The beach was a lot longer than I thought and made for great walks. Amazing sunsets every night. House was tastefully modern and immaculate. Owners were super nice and attentive with our questions. Will be renting again.

Amazing sunset ocean view!

We had a 4 night family getaway. The house was very clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well outfitted. The view amazing and the sunsets were stunning every evening of our stay. The house is closer to the other houses in the area than the pictures would lead you to believe, but there are outside seating areas that feel relatively private. We really enjoyed it overall and would happily stay there again.

The cottage was small but very well appointed and clean. Incredible view from the kitchen and deck, great outdoor shower and eating area. Met the owners, lovely folks and the property is maintained very well. Literally a few steps to the beach. A second bathroom would have been a plus. I’ll book again!

This was my second time staying here, and I would come back a thousand times more. The best part of the home is the magnificent view of the water, and the beach is literally a staircase away. The house is lovely, comfortable, well equipped, and roomy. Don’t hesitate to book this gorgeous place for yourself! You won’t regret it.

Location and View!!!

Great location just 10 minutes south of P-Town in Truro overlooking the sea with amazing views from the home and deck. A stone's throw and stroll down the path to beautiful beach great for walking and swimming. House is very clean, new, and modern. The only down side is the tiny size of the one bathroom in the unit and the absence of washer/dryer. But there is a spacious outdoor shower and overall the space is bright and comfortable.

Perfect setup for Cape Cod vacation

Cottage was extremely clean and included all the essential household items.Convenient to local attractions and beaches. House came fully equipped with everything you are apt to need. Two suggestions I would make...1) make parking accomodations for day visitors and 2) repair/refurbish the grill - showing serious aging problems (e.g. replace the battery in the electronic starter and give the machine a thorough seasonal cleaning. Notwithstanding those two suggestions I would seriously consider renting again - lovely place.

Absolutely Wonderful, We can’t wait to go back!!

This was a totally phenomenal 5 star stay!! The cottage is gorgeously adorable with an exceptional layout to make the most efficient use of the space. The view was second to none, I had a hard time tearing my eyes away from the shoreline and in fact opted to skip other sightseeing opportunities just to sit on the deck and watch for wales (which I spotted and it was awesome). It was perfect. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy this little slice of Heaven. We even got to meet the owner who was lovely and gracious. The property management was attentive and prompt in checking everything was satisfactory, which it was AND THEN SOME! We loved it. Thank you Del Mar, we will definitely be back!

What a breathtaking view

As we approached the property, we saw the sprawling ocean immediately in front of us and knew that we, without a doubt, had made the perfect decision. We stayed for two nights in November and never tired of the charming cottage with the breathtaking views. The private beach access was amazing, and lighted for those evening beach strolls. The VRBO photo gallery capture both the physical space and the spirit of the property accurately. There were only two of us, so a single bathroom was not an issue. Although there is no dining room table, the kitchen island is set up for family meals and honestly, you want to sit there and enjoy the view anyway. We certainly hope to sneak back to this property from time to time, and made a lot of good memories.

Bright, pristine home, great beach location

A lovely house fully stocked with wonderful view and a 30-second walk to the beach down a graceful walkway. The beds were awesomely comfortable and the kitchen pristine and fully equipped with a large island and stools for comfortable eating and socializing. The bathroom was oddly tight but sparkling. The landscaping is gorgeous (though the gravel surrounding the house made barefoot walks impossible). The property manager was super attentive by phone, text and email. Very gracious and responsive. I’ll definitely rent from Del Mar again. The owners are right next store, friendly and not hovering. That said, you definitely feel that you are on their compound. In addition, there is a large house behind and a shared path to the walkway in front. All beautiful but it means you don’t have a lot of privacy when you’re outside. Great Hollow is a good location — easy to get to eateries and PTown.

We really loved this house

We really loved this house. We arrived 4 hours early and received a text that we could check-in early. Wes, the owner of the adjacent house was so kind and welcoming. The proximity to the water was amazing and the house was immaculate. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we would need to cook a meal. The only thing that would have made our stay better was if the kitchen was stocked with just a few simple pantry items. Some sugar packets, coffee and creamer, salt and pepper, foil and Saran Wrap, a second roll of paper towel. That would have been so greatly appreciated, given there was no grocery store close by. All in all, it was an beautiful stay and we had a wonderful time.

Quintessential Cape Cod Getaway

This house is just the perfect place next to the beach in Truro. It has a great sea view from the large terrace as well as from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The beach is just a few steps away. Weather permitting, the sundown views from the terrace are gorgeous. We stayed here as a family of five and enjoyed the calm of the place and the perfect facilities. Lively Provincetown was just a 12 minute car ride away. The house must be very recently built, it is tidy and in great condition. The Del Mar Team was very helpful and responsive when it came to practical matters. Cape Cod at its best, we hope to come back!

Amazing location!

Our family had a wonderful stay last week at this amazing property. We love Truro and have been vacationing there for many years. This location is by far the best we have ever stayed at, just steps from a private beach with the most amazing view. With P-Town about 15 minutes away, it allowed for us to head into town to enjoy some great restaurants and our annual whale watch with ease. The house is small but spacious, recently updated, comfortable, clean and very nicely appointed. The kitchen is well-equipped. We stayed with our adult children. There were five of us and we never felt crowded. We were a bit concerned about only having one bathroom, but the outdoor shower remedied that issue. The owners were very nice and the management company was very responsive and easy to deal with. Absolutely loved it! We cannot wait to go back next year!
