We had a fantastic stay at Avalon!! The property was immaculate, homey and very comfortable. Simone & Pete were wonderful hosts, great communication. The location was perfect and we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay. We highly recommend this property.

Such a great house in a great location. Wonderful hosts eho generously gave us an early check in and late check out. That made such a difference! Will definitely come again.

Fantastic location and house

Brilliant location close to beach, cafe and deli. Loved the house/villa - comfortable, clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Excellent communications from Simone and Pete (owners).

Weekend Getaway

This was a short weekend stay to enjoy some beach and fishing time. The location was perfect and there was literally nothing we could fault with the accommodation. Clean, well furnished and with everything you would need in the kitchen. Even had beach towels. We were already looking to see when we could book to stay again.

Perfect home away from home

Stayed here for 1 night as we had a job to complete in Falcon and didn’t want to drive back to Perth. Amazing house, super clean and tidy, really comfy beds and the house had everything we needed. Stones throw to the ocean too! Thank you!

Amazing stay! Great house with a fab location

Such an amazing house that covers all eventualities with the extras in the cupboards! We loved our very short stay and would definitely recommend to anyone- great communication with Simone- and she even posted out a ring my friend left in the laundry! Lovely well decorated house

Had a wonderful time in this well fitted out house. Host was very good at welcoming us and everything was easy. Location is fab as close to quay and also the beach - upstairs deck has sea views. Only downside is that the traffic is quite loud but hard to get close to beach without that so you take the good with the bad!
