Take a look at this 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront beauty located in The Ledges with their own sand beach!
View the lake from the moment you walk in the front door. Walking through the kitchen you will notice all of the major appliances and there are plenty of kitchen supplies for your home cooked meals! Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility closet with washer & dryer!
Continuing through you will find the dining room with plenty of seating for your group.
Living Room features plenty of seating, flat screen TV, wireless internet throughout, ceiling fan and sliders out to the deck!
Once outside enjoy the dining, view and electric grill!
Master bedroom includes, lake view, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, King bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed and a set of bunk beds for the kiddos! There is also a guest bathroom nearby.
Bring the boat, as this unit comes with a 10 x 30 covered slip in the community dock. This complex also features 2 outdoor pools, the sand beach and a playground!
The Ledges is located in Osage Beach and close to lots of shopping and dining and other attractions both on and off of the water!

Family getaway

This condo was amazing! Very clean, nice decor, and good location to all the adventures we did! Had everything that we needed right there! Having access to two pools was nice if one was to busy. The sand at the beach area in the condo units is very rocky but would be better if you had water shoes on. Our kids didn't want to leave!

Way to quiet

If you want a quiet, low key place then this is for you. If you go to bed by 9 stay here. We were fined 100.00 for having our radio on ( not loud and for having conversations and laughing out on the balcony ….place was nice and clean but , yes not for anyone who stays up late and tries to enjoy company out on the balcony …

Veronica, thanks for the review, however it is a little misleading. The quiet hours at the Ledges are 10 pm, not 9 pm. It was in fact 1:22 am (nowhere near 9 pm and three and a half hours after the start of the quiet hours) when Security called my cell phone, waking me up in the middle of the night. Security had already knocked on your door twice trying to get your attention, so that you would not be fined. However, you either refused to answer the door or couldn't hear the security personnel knocking on the door. They had multiple complaints from other people staying at the complex concerning the noise coming from your unit. The quiet hours were clearly posted in the unit, you are told to observe the quiet hours in your contract and once again, had you answered the door, you probably would not have received the fine from the complex. We do appreciate you paying the fine in accordance with your contract. Please remember in the future if you are unsure of the rules, you can always contact our office and we will be glad to assist you with any questions that you may have. Great Location and Condo

No complaints about the condo, it was super clean. The couch and beds were all comfortable and cozy. I had to contact property managers a few times and they were very responsive, and had great customer service. Location is close to many of our favorite spots. The only minor complaint is that the boat slip is a few docks over, but we’d definitely stay here again.

Nice, Clean place

We had a nice time. The condo was exactly as posted. We had 2 vehicles one being over sized so parking was an issue. The security team was out every night. We did get a warning parking ticket for our bigger vehicle. The one security dude took his job very seriously. My only complaint would be that the people above us were very heavy footed late at night and WAY too early in the morning. RENTERS need to be more courteous of each other . This was our second stay at this location.

Great condo. Beautiful view.

This specific condo was great. The bed were VERY comfortable. The parking at THE LEDGES can be frustrating at times.

July Stay

Everything about the property was great, nice comfortable living area and the view from the patio was awesome. We did have an issue though with the numerous loud guests who where directly above us. They partied all night long each night we were there.
