Holiday at our beachside home.The Anchorage, is opposite Pt Leo beach and a short walk to the famous Pt Leo surf beach. Spend hours fossicking in the rock pools and learning to wind surf on Pt Leo surfbeach.North facing it is protected from the wind.
Close by is the elegant Pt Leo Estate and Jackalope known for fine dining. Merricks General Store, la Boucheon and Flinders pub only 5 minutes drive serve a tasty breakfast and lunch.
Situated on the Mornington peninsula, renowned for its wineries, cafes & beaches our beachside cottage is the place to unwind and relax.

A really nice house to stay for a lovely weekend in a great location that's not as busy as other placees on the Peninsula. The owner was super helpful and brought my wife a nice birthday present. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Great spot!

A great house for a family, beach getaway. It has everything you need. Right across the road from the beach, plenty of birds and bunnies to watch and loads of great eateries nearby.

Excellent location right across the road from the beach.

Host was very responsive. If you are travelling Internationally just a note to say you have to supply sheets and towels.

Great family getaway

This is the second time we’ve enjoyed this great family getaway. It’s close to the beach lots of space and we enjoyed the new oven. There’s lots of games and toys for young people. Plenty of beach walking and swimming to be had.

Another Relaxing Stay

Second time at this lovely beach holiday home and we had a wonderful time in this beautiful part of the world. Absolutely perfect location, beach across the road, with abundant animal and bird life viewed from the upstairs balcony. Very easy communicating with tbe gracious host.

Wonderful home with delightful beach decor and top location

Had a great stay at this spacious, well presented house. I particularly enjoyed the boating and beach related props, it added to the enjoyment and feeling of being so close to the water. The balcony is wonderful as it looks out towards the water and there's great outdoor furniture for a meal or chat. The wifi worked well. Lots of space for parking. Friendly host. Would stay here again!

Magical Pt Leo!

Perfect location opposite beautiful Pt Leo Beach surrounded by nature, views and sounds of the sea. We had a very relaxing stay at this well presented and equipped seaside retreat. The home was very clean and upstairs is light and bright. The host is a pleasure to communicate with. We'll be back!

Getaway

This is a really comfortable home in a tranquil location. It was good for 2 of us and we particularly enjoyed being able to hang out on the balcony with glimpses of the water. It would be great with a crowd as well with good separation of living areas. Only drawback for a crowd is one shower. We would definitely go back.

Lovely spot, great property!

We had a lovely stay at Pt Leo, this was such a great base for our travels around the peninsula. The wildlife was a plus for our two littlies, who spent most of the time trying to spot birds, bunnies and crabs along the beach. We were so comfortable in the house, which was beautifully presented and came with lots of toys and beach gear to keep the kids entertained. A wonderful time, we will be back!

We had such a lovely time in Point Leo! The house was spacious, clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. The area was quiet and peaceful with the beach right across the road. We will definitely be back!

Great Location, fantastic hosts.

This property really was in the perfect location. Close enough to shops if you need any supplies, yet quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean, amenities were great and very roomy. Sitting on the balcony having breakfast each morning whilst watching the water and listening to the birds was an absolute delight. Cannot recommend this place enough, thanks again for having us we will definitely be back !!

Mornington peninsula is my preferred choice of area to holiday because of it’s kilometres of beach, abundance of eateries and many parks and hiking trails.
