This relaxing beach retreat features a bright open floor plan gas fireplace recess lighting breakfast bar and vaulted ceiling in the Master Bedroom. Not to mention a private balcony with beautiful Bay views! Don't miss out summer is approaching quickly! Sunset Island has many great amenities including private beaches fishing pier walking trails convenient store restaurant indoor/outdoor pools clubhouse 24 hr. security and more! Sunset Island in Ocean City MD is a privately gated 37 acre community which offers guests outdoor pools with kiddie pool 3 private beaches interactive water fountains a convenient corner store and bay front restaurant/ pool bar to enjoy the amazing sunsets and bay views in Ocean City! It is easy to see why Sunset Island is one of the most sought after and desirable places to be in all of Ocean City. Included in your reservation is 6 facility passes for the Sunset Island facilities. Additional packages can be purchased at $70 each. Children 3 years old and under do not need a pass.
*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries!
