Enjoy your Ocean City vacation on beautiful Sunset Island! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the top floor sleeps 8 people. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the large balcony off of the master bedroom and living room with views of the fountain.

Located on the bayside off 67th St in Ocean City, this is a gated community with all the amenities your family could want! Indoor and outdoor pools, fitness room, splash pad, interactive fountain, kiddie pool, 3 private beaches on the bay, crabbing and fishing pier, onsite restaurant with poolside service*, tiki bar* and live music during the season. Pick up your morning coffee and pastry at the community store*, just 1/2 block away from the condo and enjoy it while relaxing on the balcony.

Large, updated, fully equipped kitchen with island. New stainless steel appliances, microwave, ice maker, separate drink fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of storage for groceries including a separate pantry. Kitchen opens to a separate dining area and living room. Smart TVs in living room and bedrooms with full cable access.

Master bedroom has a King Size bed and en suite double sink bathroom. Second and third bedrooms have Queen size beds. Living room has a pull out sofa.

Full size washer and dryer in the unit for your laundry needs during your stay. Locked storage unit in garage with beach chairs and wagon for guest's use. Free high speed WiFi included in rental.

If you venture outside of Sunset Island you can walk to multiple restaurants, shopping, ice cream and mini golf. Rentals for kayaks, paddle boards and boats just outside of the front gate. Bus stop not far from entrance to Sunset Island. So much to see and do within a short walk!

PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKING PASSES AND FACILITY PASSES ARE AN ADDITIONAL FEE . THE FEE INCLUDES 2 PARKING PASSES AND 6 FACILITY PASSES AND IS PAYABLE BY CREDIT CARD AT CHECK-IN. $165 FOR SUMMER (APPROXIMATELY MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH LABOR DAY) ; $125 FOR SPRING AND FALL AND $90 FOR WINTER (OCT - APRIL), SUBJECT TO CHANGE. FACILITY PASS PROVIDES ACCESS TO ALL POOLS, WORKOUT FACILITY AND SAUNAS. PLEASE ASK FOR MORE DETAILS.

Amazing condo!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Diane’s property. She was incredibly communicative before, during, and after our stay. The condo was immaculate and unlike other places we’ve stayed in the past the furniture was comfortable AND clean! We loved the long patio which had a table and four chairs as well as 2 Adirondack chairs. The location of the property is perfect, right next to the corner store and a quick walk to the pool & bay.

Could it have been any cleaner??

I am so particular when it comes to cleanliness in the vacation rentals I stay in... and this condo was TOP NOTCH! Immaculate is not even the best word to describe it. From the minute I booked this rental.. Diane was so responsive; answering any question I had... the condo was clean, updated and extremely welcoming. We were in OC for a lacrosse tournament. Located within walking distance to so many places... we rarely drove anywhere. The weather was not very good so unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool or the private beach.. but our morning walks through the community were fantastic. I highly recommend this place... I will definitely keep this on my list of places to rent!!!

Beautiful week vacation!

This is the first time staying at Sunset Island, and we were 100% happy with our choice! The owner Diane reached out a few days before check in with instructions, and made everything so simple. The place was clean, beautiful, and modern. Our family enjoyed the property, the pools, and the amenities Sunset Island offered. We would definitely rent with Diane again! Thanks so much!! 🙂

Great Bay Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this Sunset Island condo rental. Diane was helpful prior to our trip answering any questions we had. The condo was nicely furnished and thought about those small things you just need at the beach, like lots of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and suits. We enjoyed going out on the balcony to see the fountains light up at night and walking to the bay beaches for sunset. The kitchen is well equip for your cooking needs. Everything was clean and organized upon our arrival. There are plenty of chairs in the garage store as well as wagon, umbrella to be used by renters. The condo is very close to the small market for your last minute needs. I walk to the bay beach and pool was manageable with small kids, which I didn't know if it would be. The amenities of the community are great as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

FANTASTIC RENTAL!

We have been staying in Sunset Island for 6 years and this was BY FAR our favorite rental and host! Even before we got there our host made sure that we had everything we needed! The unit had everything you could want for a week at the beach including comfy and clean furniture, plenty of smart TVs, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The unit is on the top floor giving you a great view off the balcony of the fountains, and is also a short walk to the beach and pool. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Wonderful stay

The condo is beautiful. Very clean! Felt like home, beds very comfortable and has everything you need! We stay at Sunset island every year- perfect community for young families. So many amenities! We wished weather would have cooperated more but we made the best of it! Highly recommend. Host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Not that we needed anything! Thanks for a great stay!

Terrific OCMD Condo

This was our second visit to our happy place - Sunset Island, bayside in Ocean City, MD. We stayed in this lovely top-floor 3BR/2BA and had a terrific time! The unit was very nicely appointed with new fixtures and appliances, smart TVs in every room, and comfortable furnishings. We loved the vaulted ceiling in the living room and kitchen and the lighted drop ceiling in the primary bedroom was an elegant touch. The balcony was also a big hit because you can hear and see the fountain water feature which was lit up at night! Plus, the unit owner couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive, which made us feel welcome and valued. Def recommend this unit to anyone looking to tune-out and relax!

Great place to stay

I loved the privacy of the area and having sevurity 24/7. The location is prefect, it has its own beaches but also public beach not far away. Boardwalk nice to walk and enjoy the area.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

The condo was lovely. The beds were comfy and the furniture is actually nicer than what is shown in the photos. The kitchen was very well stocked with all that you need. My family loved this condo and our stay there, highly recommend the property. It was unfortunate that the weather for our weekend was very chilly and we were not really able to enjoy the facilities provided at Sunset Island but we had a very relaxing and comfortable weekend in this beautiful condo.

Last minute beach vacation.

Found this property in the middle of August on Vrbo. We switched to it right away for an end of the summer getaway. The condo had everything we needed and more. We love coming to Sunset. Owner had very good communication with us the whole process. Recommended this host.

We moved from the East Coast to the Midwest several years ago but still love spending as much time as possible in Ocean City. We are excited to share our Sunset Island home with you and hope you enjoy the condo and amenities as much as we do!

We fell in love with the quaintness and peacefulness of Sunset Island - it's a great piece of Ocean City that is quieter than the rest of OC but you are just steps away to being in the midst of all that is OC at any time. We have another property that is oceanfront but like this one because it is of all of the amenities right on the property. We also love the size of the condo and it has plenty of space for our family of 5 and our kid's friends.
