Este recientemente (2016) construida de 2.000 metros cuadrados. Pie de pueblo tiene una planta abierta, 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños con un gran espacio abierto en el piso principal. SkyLoft Townhouse está convenientemente ubicado a sólo unas pocas cuadras de la ladera sur de Asheville, a pocos minutos de un grupo de cervecerías, restaurantes, salas de conciertos y los turistas estadio Asheville. Dos balcones privados tienen vistas pintorescas de ambos el centro y las montañas. El interior está terminado con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y pisos de madera. The house is in a cute, quiet neighborhood and was immaculately clean when we arrived. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to downtown, you can walk down the hill or a quick ride/ride share. Very easy communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay again. Nice neighbors too!

Everything feels brand new in this place. It’s extremely clean. The owners are generous w/ all the supplies you need for vacation: spices, shampoo/soap/tp, games, etc. It was walkable to downtown which was important to us. And since we had lousy weather all week, it was nice to have covered parking.

Four of us stayed in this home for a fun weekend together and we had a wonderful stay! We all commented on how clean and well resourced this home was. It was spacious and they had everything we needed... from scissors, to coffee filters, to a bluetooth speaker. We were super happy with the communications before and during our stay as well! It's also a great location...especially if you want to go to the baseball game or a concert at the Orange Peel!! We would highly recommend this home for a great stay in Asheville!!

This unit was well equipped and in great shape. The beds were comfortable and the place was extremely clean. The location was an easy walk to South Slope and downtown. We would absolutely stay again.

The apartment was even nicer and more spacious than the pictures suggest--which is rare. Spotless-clean, modern yet relaxed style--two decks (one off the huge master bedroom suite, and a larger one with plenty of seating, off the living room). We enjoyed our morning coffee there each day! The beds were all quite comfortable and the central air made for a great sleeping environment. Situated in a very pretty, quiet area, about a 20" walk to Downtown (although quite hilly; Ubers took about 5" and under 10). There was coffee provided, and a lovely bottle of wine awaited us as a welcome gift. Jessica and Lena were easy to work with--timely and efficient communications. We could not have been more pleased with the property--we would definitely stay there again--and highly recommend it.

Great space for families! The townhouse was well stocked and the hosts were very communicative. We had to reschedule due to the hurricane last year and Jessica and Lena were great through the entire process.
