The Sunset Vistas Resort has everything you are looking for: secure and modern facilities and decor, two resort style beachfront swimming pool (one for the little ones), a beachfront Tiki bar, on-site cafe (great food!), lush tropical style grounds and assigned parking.

Beachside Treasure

The place was comfortable and what we needed. Nice view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. Parking was tight and hard to find.

Wonderful stay.

Unit was clean, roomy, property was on the beach with a pool. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again. Property manager Liz was also quick to respond to any questions I had.

Great family vacation

The condo is very roomy and clean . There were beach chairs and towels for use which really came in handy . The beach was beautiful and the pool was large and there were always chairs available.

Great location and property!

4 friends between 29 and 45 stayed and had a great time! Clean and as expected based on description. Love how easy check in is. Really nice to have the tiki bar and cafe too! Would absolutely stay again with friends or family.

Great stay!

Beautiful space, plenty of room for our family of 5. Easy beach access and the kids loved the large pool and hot tub. Great communication, despite some hiccups with check-in everything was handled professionally, and the family agrees: we’ll be back!

Great condo!

The host was very accommodating when we had to postpone due to the hurricanes on October. Communication before and during our stay was second to none.The condo was perfect! Great view of the Gulf. Bed was very comfortable. And it is a quiet building(at least in January)Guests should note that there are no spices/coffee/other condiments in the unit, so if you're shopping before arrival, get everything you will need. This is not a complaint, just good information to have. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!

This was the perfect unit for us - well appointed (even with beach chairs, towels and beach toys), very well located and the property manager was very responsive! Couldn't get over how many people were around, but couldn't hear a thing in our unit. We would totally stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice to be here. Accommodations are comfortable and we loved being by the pool and walking the beach. We come to Florida to see the water and were pleased with the view. The cable connection was a disaster with no channel guide. Hope you do rectify this as it was the talk of other frustrated guests.

Shirt get away

We stayed here for 5 nights. The space fit 6 of us.comfortably. Host was easy to communicate with and respond fast to any questions we had. Condo was very nice. Pictures show accurate descriptions. It has a nice little Cafe on site and tikibar. Has direct beach access. It's in a nice location not to far from John's Pass Boardwalk. Ice cream shop next door and a circle k convienant store across the road. We will definitely come back again.

Great little spot

This place is absolutely wonderful. Great view, home comforts and enough space for us to navigate around. I have small kids and my mother in law and a hotel room is just not an option for us. The beach access is great, the pool is decent and there's a little bar.. win for us all. That being said, I can't give it a full 5 stars and here's why... As a mom, security is pretty important and the master bedroom slider was broken. The locking mechanism wasn't working so we had to wedge something to make sure it wouldn't budge. The biggest one is the wireless service in the unit. There is wifi throughout the complex, but not one dedicated in the unit. There are thousands of people using it so everything is slow/delayed. There is no streaming available and no internet access at all. There were times were we couldn't watch TV at all because the tvs are a smart Roku TV but nothing would connect (basic tv channels). We tried to connect to our netflix and other services but it's not an option. There is a dvd player (not blu-ray), but no DVD's. There is a place where you can get free dvds that was in the information packet, but I have kids... they're not going to wait. That was a big thing for us. If you're an adult renting and you want to unplug, then you probably wouldn't be bugged to much by it. But at 7:30 am when my kids are asking for a cartoon and there's nothing that I can do about it and they start screaming, it's definitely something that I consider a necessity more than a

Location great. Host was responsive. Would not recommend. The condo was not clean. Fans, doors, window sills, floor boards, floors around toilets, lights, dishes as well as headboards. Washed our bedding and towels just in case. As well as dishes. They offered to send in cleaning crews but didn't want because of our personel be!ongings with no safe. Would not go back to this condo. My family enjoyed this rental! All communication was clear and accurate which made check-in and check-out super easy. Loved the building, pool and location. Having the washer/dryer in unit was sooo helpful with all the trips to the pool and the beach. From this location, we explored Clearwater, John’s Pass, St Petersburg and Tampa. This was the perfect retreat for our family. Thank you!

Best family Vaca!!

Our family had the best time here!! It was spacious and clean.The beds (even the pullout couch) were comfortable. We felt safe and the staff were super friendly. The food at the cafe was so yummy!! The bartenders were amazing!! The manager, Esa always made sure everything was taken care of and I made note of that! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing experience! Location was perfect. Two minute walk to beach and two minute drive to John’s Pass, which had tons of shops, restaurants and places to fish and do water excursions. The condo was equipped with all we needed to enjoy our stay. Including beach chairs, towels, etc.. Very accommodating. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Family Vacation 2025

Right on the water and a fabulous beach! The condo was a little smaller than we expected, but still was great for 6 people. A little construction going on, but once complete, the bar area will be great! Lots of dining choices, though it’s extremely expensive. The food in Treasure Island, however, is outstanding.
