Welcome to this sweet one-bedroom, one-bath condo with views of the Gulf of Mexico that welcome you as soon as you walk in. With private gated access, you
are truly steps from the beach! This condo offers a queen-size bed with a dresser and large closet, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has
everything you need to help you prepare your meals. The 27 TV is equipped with A VCR/DVD player is needed to enjoy movie nights. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or

after-dinner drink on the screened lanai overlooking the pool with the Gulf of
Mexico in the background (if you're lucky, you may even see one of Marco's
gorgeous sunsets)! Beach chairs, towels and equipment are supplied for your
convenience whether you decide to go to the beach or pool. Grills, laundry facilities and a covered designated parking spot are also provided.

The condo was adequate. Musty smell when we 1st arrived. Beach supplies (chairs) were rusty and moldy, (towels) thin and worn. Pool area nice, parking excellent, beach was close, view was great. Misread check-in instructions keys need to be picked up at another location. Coin laundry only excepts quarters (2.25/wash load, 2/dryer). Internet was inconsistent and slow. Phone service, I had t-mobile and had no service. Lacking electrical outlets. Condo was small, clean, but the musty smell was a turn off. Balcony was nice with a great view, but furniture was rusty. Balcony fan very rusty afraid to use. Bedroom could use a fan (ceiling or pedestal).

Thank you!! Please note that we are available 24 hours a day to deal with any issues. Towels have been replaced and we will be taking a look at the beach chairs. Internet can be spotty this time of year.

Super location and property!

Beach access is great and convenient! All the chairs, umbrella and beach wagon made hitting the gorgeous beach easy. Pool area is so nice and lush, really enjoyed our stay. Only wish is for a larger bed in the bedroom, otherwise, perfect!

Excellent Location for Shelling South Beach!

We had a great time at this little condo. It is right across the street from the beach and has a private access point. It would have been nice to have a washer/dryer, but otherwise we had the best vacation.

Great location

Location was excellent. There is beach acess across the street which took a day to figure out. Bed was okay, king would be ideal but room was small, so understand reasoning. Pillows were not comfy at all. Washer and dryer would have been a plus, but not a big deal for our short stay.

Thank you! Unfortunately a king bed doesn't fit in the bedroom, it has been explored, the mattress is brand new though! There are no washer and dryer hookups but there are laundry facilities in complex.
