Luxury at its finest!

Beautiful 5th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 4 bedroom suite on the 5th floor is oceanfront with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers two double beds, the third & fourth bedroom offers one queen bed each. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- Luxury Linen package included!

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.

- 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

- Deposit required to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival

- No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

Plus ocean views (5th floor) 4 bedroom, 3 baths, 12. access to beach umbrellas (you pay by day). Awesome restaurant right next door. Grandkids loved the pools / slide (although the pools were cloudy…I own a pool and mine has never been this dirty). Definitely showers for them after being in them! Minus - Saturday check in process was abysmal (would not stay here again for that reason alone). Check in starts after 4, everyone shows up the same time, extremely tight parking in front of the condo complex, few carts available to unload your stuff, elevators were packed and then you have to park across the street. Check out process is similar. Parking garage is designed poorly…way to tight to park large vehicles/ trucks. This condo is privately owned and does not get normal services offered to other guests ( ie. no maid service, no towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. ( we felt like a 2nd class citizens and had to bribe a worker to get new towels)…and we paid a LOT of money for this unit! You must haul your daily garbage down the elevator, walk a block behind the parking garage and throw it in a dumpster (not appropriate for the amount this condo charges guests, normal guests don’t have to do this). And no garbage bags are provided. Internet speed sucks! If you like to see the screen pause and the reboot circle you’ll be fine. TV’s / remotes were horrible! Low / no batteries working, cheap unsmart TV’s! More negative feedback but we’re limited here…

80th Birthday

My mom wanted to celebrate her 80th birhtday somewhere warm and on the beach. We found Myrtle Beach and decided to stay there. The rental we stayed in was perfect for what she wanted. She enjoyed the master bedroom overlooking the beach/ocean. Grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool acitivities also. Rental had everything we needed. Would suggest this place for families to stay or anyone.

Family vacation

The property was perfect for our annual family vacation. Family from the age 1 to 95...very spacious, fabulous wrap around balcony with great views of the ocean Well appointed unit from the kitchen to the beach chairs, water toys and even buckets for building sand castles. Site included both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub, with Easy and direct access to the beach Good location easy drive to many attractions, restaurants and shops Would definitely recommend

Great location and nice condo

We had a good stay. The condo is in a good location has a Starbucks and Ben and Jerry’s across the street. The access to the beach is close but my only complaint is that there wasn’t a ramp down to the beach. Had multiple pools and hot tubs.

Wonderful place for family vacation

Very convenient location, easy access to beach and pools, the unit itself is clean (9 of 10), the resort is not a 5 star quality. Property management was very responsive, though we weren’t allowed for 2pm late check out request, an hour extension was granted (my only complaint).

Reviewer Comments: Vacation was great. Unit could use a few updates such as shabby couch and dirty living room rug. Disposing of garbage was the main problem. They tell you where to take it but nobody knows where that is. Also showers are very slippery had to put a towel on the floor to keep from slipping.

Definitely needs some upkeep in condo as there was water damage in the bathroom as well as a bedroom. Hole in the bathroom ceiling as well as a few other minor maintenance items. Overall, had a great time with my family being able to stay in one place.

Family Vacation

Very disappointing. Condo was very dated. Living room furniture needs updating. Couldn’t even get out of the coach. Very minimal supplies were included (one roll paper towels, one trash bag, one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom). Washer and dryer are apartment size and dryer took forever to dry the clothes. Property was ok. Pool water was dirty. Parking garage was not good. Tight parking spaces and elevator only worked part of the time.

Great stay

The children enjoyed the pool areas as well as the beach. Convenient location, near to attractions, but 1st in the line of hotels/resorts so beach was not overcrowded.

Great Stay

From check in to check out.. the process was Amazing.. we had the most amazing view from our condo.. more than enough space for the entire family… AC was cold throughout the condo.. it was a little hot in the master bedroom due to the beautiful sunrise over our room but once the door was open the air circulation was great… Hot water was on point.. 3 bathroom and water was always hot no matter who or what time we showered…the property was nice but needed a little tighten up on the grounds… the only hang up I have about the Awesome Condo is the living room couch… it’s a sofa bed but it needs to be updated.. the couch pillows sunk as we sat on it.. overall the condo was 10/10

Great location

We loved our vacation! The location was great, and being ocean front was awesome with having little kids. We also enjoyed the amenities, especially the pools. It was close to lots of big attractions, and overall a great stay!

Great views from nice balcony!

This unit has great views from the spacious balcony and 2 small bonus balconies off 2 bedrooms. Plenty of outdoor chairs are provided. Beachy colors, comfortable furniture, and small but updated kitchen. Laundry closet a bonus. Good location beside Sea Capain's House and a nice walk to the SkyWheel and other local amenities. Building itself could use some TLC.
