Great Beach Spot

Our family loved this sweet place to stay near the beach! The unit was the perfect size for a small family and very close to the pool and beach. The location is very convenient to local places with activities and places to eat.

Perfect Paradise

We loved the property which was clean and well cared for. It was slightly away from the more populated hotels and was smaller and more intimate. It’s older, but clean and had great amenities. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The place us a little dated but a good value. It was clean and its a short walk to the beach (300 yrds?) Great locaton...fairly quiet but close to the action in either direction on Gulf blvd.

2nd stay was just as amazing

We first came last year and had such a relaxing time that we decided to book again this year. Was just as great! Super quick walk to the beach, quiet environment compared to other hotels, and easy to park and walk everywhere we needed. Thanks again! See you next year

Quiet and Clean

We stayed on Labor Day weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach. Property and room were clean. Other guest were respectful and quiet. We did not have much contact with the staff but in passing they were all friendly and polite. We would recommend and stay there again if in the area.

Great Spot

Room is exactly as listed. Toilet is close to shower as it shows in picture. Room with king bed is small room and has a damp smell to it. Couch is comfortable and so is the king size bed. Show water gets hot when someone flushes the toilet. Property is clean and so is pool. Decent walk down to the beach. Remember your sandals for your walk down to the beach on a hot day! The sand and concrete will melt your feet!

Was ran down and dirty ..did not look like pics bugs on the couch ..outside did not look like pics .. my grandkids didnt even wanna stay .. we left never stayed ask for my money back and was told no.. has to spend another $1500 for new place ..

Suitable space

At first entry, it was very musty smelling. I had to get a can of Lysol and keep spraying. Not sure if it was the fabric on the couch, or the A./C filter or unit just not opened up in awhile. The bathtub faucets leak terrible when the water is on, and continues to drip when off. Might need some maintenance on it. But the space was good and location was good.

For starters, this place is nowhere near how big it looks in the listing pictures which was quite unfortunate. It is also very moist in the rooms and smells of mildew. Under the couch was also full of crumbs and lint balls which we wouldn’t have known, but there was no remote in the room so I had to crawl on my hands and knees under the couch. There were also socks in the couch cushions and a white mark that resembled a bodily substance. To make matters even worse, the second to last day I was sitting on the couch when I saw something skittering across the ottoman at a very fast pace. IT WAS A COCKROACH. All in all, this place is quite foul. When we asked the employees about the cleanliness, they said that a deep clean costs more money which isn’t an option for them. The pool and location were nice amenities though :)

Nice spot tucked away

It was our first time staying here and we were definitely come back. The location was nice, the grounds and pool was clean, few steps from the beach, and having the boardwalk was nice for a teenager who skateboards. The room did smell like mildew but we were able to go to a nearby store and grab some glade plug-ins so all is well. Would definitely go back!

The property is small but very well kept. Kitchen is outdated but includes the necessary appliances for easy meals . Clean and very comfortable beds. Ideal stay if you want to enjoy the outdoors
