Tropic Terrace Condominium Resort is celebrated for its charming Old Florida design and unbeatable location. The resort has been a beloved destination for generations of travelers seeking relaxed beachfront living and walkable access to Treasure Island's dining, shopping, and boardwalk attractions.

Must be 25+ to rent. A guest aged 25+ must remain for the duration of the stay.
Valid ID and signed electronic rental agreement are required after booking.
No smoking (including e-cigarettes or vaping devices) anywhere on the premises.
No pets allowed.
One parking space per unit. Additional parking must be arranged with the resort office prior to arrival.
No boats or trailers permitted on the property.
No refunds for early departures.
If your reserved unit becomes unavailable, a comparable unit may be assigned.

Good location, communication could be better

This was a great place to spend a weekend for a family get away. Located right at the beach with dorect beach access. Only real issue was that the communication from the property manager could have been better. Needed some info and help, but didnt get it. But thabkfully, it didnt matter.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

This worked out perfectly for our family. It is steps away from the beach and nicely located for day trips. Treasure island is cute and full of shops and restaurants. Our unit supplied beach towels which was handy, and the pool was very comfortably heated.

Wonderful stay

Place was clean and the beach was beautiful. Walking distance of alot of things which was nice. My family had a blast.

Dissatisfied

When we arrived at our room with our two small children the place wreaked of cigarettes. We had to make other arrangements and the property has argued with me about the odor and refused any refund or attempt to make it right. Do not recommend based on their customer service alone.

Perfect vacation rental!

The property is just as described! The bathroom is a tad small, but usable. Check in was a breeze, proximity to the beach is unbeatable.

Quiet and Clean Location

We really loved our stay at Tropic Terrace. My husband and I went with our kids (6 and 9 years old) just to get away for a bit a relax. We loved that this resort was right on the beach and along the paved beach walk area, but a little farther down the path so it was a little quieter than the main hotel area. The kids had fun playing at the pool and at the beach, staff was friendly and helpful, and it was convenient to have a vacuum and laundry room available.

Beach stay

Property was nice and close to the beach. Wasn’t aware they had on-site pool so that was an extra bonus for the kids. No complaints other than the cleaning fee seems somewhat high and there was only one small bathroom room. Lots of towels provided and a kitchen. Grocery store is close by and east to get to.

Lovely stay

Simple place, pretty no frills, lovely pool and of course the sea out your front door. We would have liked a room off the road/with a view but all in all a good stay and value.

Clean, comfortable and cute

This unit was well appointed and clean. Great parking and access to building. Our moms trip was a success due to the relaxation we were able to enjoy at this charming little unit. It is dated, but so very well maintained and clean. I would go back!

Charming, Clean and steps to beach

We stayed here for a weekend in July, sandwiched between visits to Disney. The unit was spacious and very clean, exactly what we were expecting. Many updates, and comfortable beds and furniture. We would certainly stay here again given the opportunity. My only con is that while 100% functional, the only bathroom is very small. The beach is beautiful and wasn’t very crowded.

No communication with Vrbo new set up

I travel to the beach twice a year and I always use VRBO but I have to say I’m not happy with the realty companies taking over the communications this trip the communications was terrible
