With its fresh coastal decor and roomy living space, you'll enjoy time unwinding when you’re not enjoying the white sand beach.

Aegean #203 has an open floor plan with gulf views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. Prepare meals that make memories in this fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances and stunning countertops. The coastal chic dining room table seats six and will likely be the centerpiece of fun stories and laughter while you enjoy meals with friends and family. Two counter height stools add for extra seating. A dash of blue and white in the open and bright living room accentuates the spectacular gulf view. The living room furniture, including three recliners, is so comfortable you’ll be looking forward to movie night.

Adjoining the living room is the king-sized master bedroom with sweeping gulf-front views and private balcony access. Main bath boosts a beautifully updated bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen and a full bed and boasts of comfortable coral vibe. The second bathroom also has a walk in shower.

This unit is in the Aegean condominium complex which is gated for your peace of mind and features 525 feet of private, uncrowded sugar white sand beaches. Located near downtown and Destin harbor, you’ll be able to access restaurants, fishing, boating, golf and other interests and activities with ease.
