Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback and for your kind words about the condo, location, beach, and our responsiveness. We are glad you found the complex and condo clean and as described. We are sorry to hear about the pool conditions later in the day and will look into how it is being maintained. We also regret that the bed comfort, cookware, and kitchen setup did not fully meet your expectations and will review these items. We understand your concern about the 9 am checkout time and will look into this as well.

Thank you for your review Darren. We are happy to report that the washing machine and dryer have both been replaced. The HOA has repaired the wi-fi issues as well. Please allow us to apologize again for the issues you had communicating with us during your stay. During that time we were experiencing extremely high communication volumes but this is not an experience we ever want our guests to have. Our team is now fully staffed again and we have created additional communication avenues for our in-house guests to make sure nothing is missed. We would love to see you again in the future! Kind Regards, Southern Team

Hello Lea, thank you for your review. We love to hear you enjoyed our accommodations. We would love to host you again on your next trip to the Gulf coast!

Thank you for this review. We deeply apologize that you did not have hot water during your stay and absolutely would have come out to address this had we been made aware. We did find that the breaker to the hot water heater had been tripped after your departure and can report that it has not been an issue since then. Again, we deeply apologize and hope to see you in the future. Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team

Thank you for this review Daniel. We apologize for the experience you had with the beach service crew. They are a separate company but we have passed this feedback along. We have also updated our listing to reflect that beach service is available in season for an additional fee. Hoping to see you again in the future. Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team
