Winter get away

Comfortable, clean and quiet! A great place to stay while visiting family in the area. Lots of great restaurants all within walking distance.

Location, location, location

This little gem near the lake was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to the farmers market, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop. The condo was clean and comfortable. And also a very secure property.

This place is nearly brand new. It has a roomy living area. We stayed for Ironman Canada and it was so close to the race venue. Also great coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Parking spot in the building, just wish it had EV charging, but Tesla supercharger is 1.4k away. Host was very responsive. Had a great patio space for dining with a view of the lake. Worked out great for us.

Awesome apartment

Great location, very well kept, easy access. Lots of amenities; beach towels, extra towels, laundry, stocked kitchen with cookware, WiFi, AC. would book again for sure.

Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach, downtown or the convention centre. Host very responsive over a small glitch. Would recommend staying here again.

Perfect - Quiet - Great Location

This is literally what you see in the picture of the lake. The place was very quiet but in close walking distance of great restaurants, brew pubs, shopping, and the beach walk. Brooke was exceptional with communicating with us and made everything extremely easy from booking through to check-out. It is a 10 minute drive to some of the best wineries in Naramata. Make sure you leave room in your trunk for the cases of wine that magically accumulate over your stay! :-) Would stay here again 100%

Awesome Condo!

This is a great place to stay! The condo was perfect, everything we needed! Lovely deck looking out to the lake and mountains, walkable to trails, downtown, craft breweries, beach and restaurants. The condo is over a Japanese restaurant (fantastic food) and we never heard any noise from the restaurant below at all. Quiet street, no traffic noise. Stairs to get into the condo were wide with railings on both sides so for someone with some limitations it was perfect. Nice to have laundry available as well. I would recommend 100% and definitely go again if in the area. Brook was a great host and has the arriving and leaving easy peasy! Definitely a five star!

Excellent property exactly as advertised. Everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect you can walk to almost anything you will want. Property manager answered any questions immediately. We would defiantly recommend this property.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay here. It was exactly as advertised and I felt I had all the information needed for a great stay. The location absolutely couldn't be beat and was very walkable which we were so thankful for. The accommodation was well stocked from kitchen supplies to dry shampoo (THANK YOU). I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Getaway super close to beach, wineries and restaurants.

We came for an extra long weekend to beach, wine tour, stroll and shop. This condo was lovely and convenient for all of these things. We especially liked the record player and vinyl that we listened to and reminisced with friends. Brook the property manager is amazing and helped us when we needed it as well. We will be back!

Amazing location, comfortable atmosphere

We enjoyed our stay at Brook’s apartment very much. This place is very spacious and very well organized with everything you need for a short or long stay. Outstanding location. Terrific terrace for the outdoor enjoyment. Highly recommended.

Our Friends Loved Staying ...

I booked this for friends who were coming into town for a birthday celebration - and they really loved it. Being so close to the walk along Okanagan Lake; being able to walk to town was something they were very grateful for. Plus they were so grateful for the condo - kept telling me how beautiful it was and how much they enjoyed staying there.

Great location

Brooke an amazing host and the spot was awesome. We were here in off season, so I can imagine summer would be even better. Everything is walkable/bikeable. Tonnes of delicious restaurants near by and wineries near by.

Great weekend away

This property is perfectly located. We were able to walk to restaurants, the beach and the arena. The condo was clean and well stocked, underground parking was very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo in perfect location!

My family had a great stay at this condo in Penticton. It was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The living room is spacious as is the deck which has a lake view and really is a one minute walk to the big peach! The parking stall is covered (7ft clearance) with concrete pillars but we managed to park our 3/4 tonne truck there (snug, but it can be done). Brook’s communication was amazing - very quick to reply and we booked with ease. We will definitely stay here again! Wayne & Freda is just down the street and perfect for coffee and breakfast. We also tried the Japanese restaurant conveniently located below the condo (and no noises or smells came from the restaurant). Bad Tattoo was fantastic as usual and Neighbourhood Brewing was also fantastic! The proximity to all of these places make this condo the perfect choice.

A lovely unit with an amazing location.

A beautiful unit to call home for a few days. Super clean and all the basics you could need. Would def recommend and stay again. It was so lovely to sit out on the deck in the evening.

Amazing location!

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo! The location is amazing - right by Bad Tattoo and Neigjbourhood for food and drinks, as well as a great Japanese restaurant right under the condo that had pretty decent ramen. The view was great of the lake, and barely a minutes walk to toes in the sand! Brookes communication was awesome, and the condo was as described - super clean and spacious. We would love to come back!
