Located on historic Kenton Street this centrally located property is minutes from everything. Walk to Eden Park and the Cincinnati Art Museum which was recently rated as one of the nations top free art museums. Great American Ballpark and Downtown are 5 minuets by car. University of Cincinnati is 5 minuets in one direction and Xavier University if 5 minuets in the other direction. Add an extra minuet and you are at the Zoo. The Newport Aquarium is 8 minuets away and Riverbend Music Center is 12 minuets. We are located 21 minuets from the Airport and 21 minuets from Kings Island. The ever popular Creation Museum is 28 minuets and the Ark Encounter is 45 minuets away. Everything is within reach!

Nicest house in the neighborhood
The house was really nice. There are a lot of beds in the 3rd floor loft. The neighborhood looked a little rough, but was quiet and the neighbors were friendly.
