AVC - Birch Cottage, Bright

Birch Cottage is the perfect place to stay for 1-2 couples, or a small family with kids.
Enjoy the ambiance of the open fire in winter or sit in the sunny garden or on the deck in the warmer months. You may prefer to stay in and cook using the fully equipped kitchen or head out to dine in one Bright's quality resturants.

This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze.

LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
Plenty of space to stretch out on the comfy couches at the end of a long day exploring all Bright has to offer.
TV, DVD player, & CD player.

HEATING & COOLING
Keep toasty & warm in the winter with the wood fire heater and a reverse cycle air conditioner for during our hot summer months. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

BATHROOMS
Enjoy the privacy with two spacious bathrooms, one includes a luxurious spa bath.

OUTDOORS
The verandah is perfect for those warm summer evenings to cook some dinner on the electric BBQ. There is a lockable shed to store your bikes overnight.

PET POLICY
Birch Cottage is NOT pet friendly.

LAUNDRY
Complete with washer & dryer.

PARKING
Space for 2 cars to park. Lockable shed for bike storage shared with Cottage next door (bikes not supplied).

Beautifully presented, heaps of room. Equipped with everything you require. Great location, easy walk into Bright. Very, very cosy with the wood fire. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

Property was in a very quiet location but close enough for a short walk to shops. Lots of room to move but still cozy especially with the log fire.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property address is confusing, I don't think the address of Porcelato helps. We booked through Booking .com and was conifrmed a Price Fees & Charges included. The Property Agent, although the property agent sent a email advising the cost would be more, they did say that if the property had been booked thorugh a 3rd party to ignore the email cost. I did ignore the additional cost, however I was charged in the end the increased cost. I would advise future tenants to be careful and watchout for additional charge.
