Nice and quiet. Very gracious host. We felt very welcome with warm fresh baked bread and continental breakfast and home made treats. Irina has a beautiful garden to wander through and a stunning view . We had a lovely restful time. Thank you for making our time on salt spring island just what we needed.

We spent 4 nights in the Armand Heights B and B and our stay was very quiet and serene which is exactly what we were looking for. Irina is an amazing host. Easily reached via text messaging, she was always available to answer questions and make our stay very comfy. Daily breakfast was included in our stay which we had plenty to choose from. Irina stocks the fridge with milk, juice, yogurt , charcuterie meats and cheese along with cereals and oatmeal. She also baked homemade bread which was delicious! Other things included in the room was microwave, toaster oven and kettle...french press and homemade fruit wine! Every attention to detail was appreciated. We enjoyed breakfast on our private patio with an absolutely magnificent view over the forest below extending out to the ocean. Beautiful.sunrise and sunsets! The property is high up the mountain close to Mount maxwell park. It is about a 10 to 15 min drive into Ganges where the weekly sat market is held. We loved our stay and would come.back here easilynfor the quiet ambiance and the wonderful host Irina. The only thing g I would suggest for our oom is to have hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and bathrobes.There is also a hot tub available for use which we did not get to this time around. A lovely getaway!

A Quiet Retreat

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay with nature all around us. Our room was very clean. Irina is a very gracious host wanting the best for her guests. We received a plentiful continental breakfast which is different from what the website states. In discussing this with Irina we were told that she has made changes to the website but for some reason they have not been changed by whomever is supposed to do that.

The host was not around when we arrived even though we told her we would be arriving early. The grounds were run down and when we tried to contact her there was no wifi or cell coverage at that remote location. Because of poor communication and the run down appearance of the place we decided to stay elsewhere.
