Surf shops, scooter rentals, and endless beach activities make this the perfect spot for an active getaway. Take a dip in the heated year-round pool, or stroll to Crystal Pier for breathtaking sunsets. Ideal for families, friends, or groups seeking a relaxing and fun San Diego escape.

This remodeled condo is perfect for guests who want to experience the excitement of Pacific Beach during the day and return to a spacious, comfortable, and modern retreat. A dedicated workspace with high-speed internet is ideal for remote work or study.
Bedroom #1: California King bed, large mirrored closet, plenty of hangers, iron & ironing board, hamper, detergent, and dryer sheets.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, mirrored closet with drawers, hangers, plus playpen, highchair, beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys for the beach.
Living Room: Large LG smart TV with cable and Netflix. Sofa converts into a full-size sleeper for two, with ottoman. Bookcase stocked with board games, books, and playing cards.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots/pans, utensils, spices, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer, knives, microwave, fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Cleaning supplies, dish towels, paper towels, detergent, and sponges included.
Beach Gear: Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach mat, plus referrals for rentals of bikes, surfboards, and paddleboards.
Laundry: Coin/credit card-operated facilities located in the southwest corner of the parking garage. Additional detergent, hamper, and dryer sheets provided in the unit.
Parking: Assigned space (#209) in the west side of the garage near the elevator. Fits small-to-medium vehicles; additional free street parking is nearby.
Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed internet throughout the unit.
Bathroom: Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath towels.
CLEAN: Condo is thoroughly sanitized between guests. All linens, bath, and beach towels are replaced for each stay.
Guests have access to the community pool and hot tub, BBQ, and area with lounge chairs.

* Check-in: 3 pm (4 pm Memorial Day–Labor Day)
* Check-out: 11 am

Check-in instructions are emailed after rental agreement completion and identity verification. Signage throughout the home helps guide use of amenities, and we are available after hours for emergencies.

Minimum Stay Policies
* HOA requirement of 6 nights or more
* Peak Summer (June–Aug): Saturday check-in
* Friday/Sunday arrivals may be possible—please inquire
Holiday 2025:

6-night minimum + Saturday check-in (Dec 20–Jan 3). No arrivals/departures Dec 25 or Jan 1. Stays cannot span both holidays unless 2 weeks.
Summer 2026:

Memorial Day–Labor Day = Saturday–Saturday stays (6–7 nights).
No arrivals/departures July 4.

Policies
* Pets: not permitted
* Rates fluctuate daily
* Noise-sensitive residential neighborhood: no loud music, parties, or outdoor noise after 9 pm
* Primary renter must be 25+
* Non-smoking property
* Furniture/decor may differ slightly from photos (no refunds for minor changes)

After Booking
Guests must complete a rental agreement and participate in identity verification through Autohost. Temporary $2 authorization (drops off automatically) confirms verification. Check-in details are provided after verification and rental agreement completion.

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you're planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.
