HERE COMES THE SUN has been recently updated to make your vacation memorable! The main living area has an open concept design with fresh new interior paint, new flooring throughout, new furniture and décor, a bright and cheery well equipped kitchen and glorious vaulted tongue and groove ceilings!
This splendid home has decks galore! The beachside deck offers wonderful views of the Gulf Of Mexico and ample space to enjoy those lovely island breezes. A covered porch offers more ways to enjoy those lazy summer showers. A new addition is the fabulous, expanded pool- facing deck, affording an extending living space with cozy seating and dining table and chairs. The perfect place to lounge away a summer day!
Last but not least, is the awesome back yard with a huge 20 x 10 private pool, fenced in for additional piece of mind, and the entire back yard is fenced making it the perfect run about for your kids and their furry friends. The under house shaded area has been designed with ample seating, picnic table, gas grill and a park style charcoal grill.
And to top it all off, there is the fire pit surrounded by comfortable Adirondack seating! The house sits directly across the street from the beach path for easy beach access.
