A waterfront property set on the original canals offering quality and value. Experience your own private slice of waterfront living with sandy shores and private jetty. This original 3 bedroom home offers a modern touch accommodating up to 9 people. A spacious contemporary kitchen with stone bench tops and modern appliances. A brand-new premium bathroom with luxury amenities and a 2nd shower option in the laundry area. The living/dining area is air conditioned and tastefully decorated. 3 large bedrooms all have ceiling fans and built in robes. They offer Queen Sized beds in Master and 2nd and 2 single beds in the 3rd. The sofa in the living area also converts to a double bed.

The entertaining area houses the barbecue, shaded seating, outdoor setting and large shade umbrella to enjoy the lazy afternoons. There are paddle boards and bicycles available for guest use to explore the local sights. A single lock up garage and large triple driveway is available, big enough to accommodate a caravan or boat trailer. Free unlimited WIFI, 65 inch TV, FOXTEL available via TV APP, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Security cameras are installed on the outside of the premises.

This holiday house is a short distance to Settlement City Shopping Centre, Panthers League Club, CBD & close by to entertainment facilities, restaurants, cafes and beaches.

Local attractions include beach, surfing, camel rides, horse riding, fishing, golf, The Glasshouse, Koala Hospital, movies, Sea acres Reserve, whale watching, river cruises, jet boating, sea plane, sky diving, wineries, breweries, macadamia farm, Ricardo's tomatoes and strawberry picking, Stoney Aqua Park restaurants, cafes, bars, country drives, waterfalls, bush walking, bowling, day spas.......

A couple of basic things need Addressing! Oven doesn’t seal more does fridge.

Generally liked the property and layout. Needs a decent Smart TV that easily works, with volume! Foxtel would be handy too. Should have a clothes dryer for the price. No washing powder (or liquid) for washing machine provided. Very good clothes washer, fridge and dishwasher. Linen would have been handy when being charged $x per night. Beds were comfortable.

We Loved the spot. only disappointed that when we arrived the fridge wasn't on and mouldy. I found the power for the house was off. I turned it on at the power-board on, and had to clean the fridge before we could use it. The cleaners should have noticed this, and if power is left turned off, they should make sure the fridge is chocked open for storage, to prevent mould forming.

This is not something that we switch off, so I can only assume there was some sort of outage. Had you of called our office we could have had this issue rectified immediately. The property was cleaned professionally 3 weeks prior so our cleaning contractors would not have been aware of it. We look forward to welcoming you & your family back again.

Having the bathroom upgraded is a good. Our only negative is the lounges. Need updating as hard to get out of. Especially for us oldies. Will see you next year. Thank youI would like to say the cleaners need to be more careful. The microwave was not clean and tge bedroom window blinds were very dusty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love being able to bring our boat up for some fishing and being able to have use of a private jetty. The house is well appointed but the main lounge seating could be updated. Also the cleaners could do a better job. I had to clean the freezer out as was very dirty. The outdoor furniture could do with a good clean too. But all in all a lovely place.
