My home is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath ground floor condo, with just over 1000 square feet of living space with huge closets in both bedrooms. The condo is nine years young with brand new laminate flooring in the dining room and living room. There is carpeting in both bedrooms. It sleeps 7 with a pull out queen couch in the living room and an extra twin mattress stored under the guest bed. The home is conveniently located right between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach on the East side of Route 1 and near the outlets. Once you are there, you can take back roads to get to downtown Rehoboth in 10 minutes (less than 4 miles away) and you don't need to get back on Route 1!
If you are interested in eating in, the kitchen is fully-stocked with all of your cooking needs and has a separate dining area. The home has extended cable service, full size washer/ dryer, as well as, Wifi. Relax and enjoy the screened-in porch. Due to my son's severe allergies, there is a strict Non-Smoking, No Pets policy.
Although there is no pool, you can go 1/4 mile down the road to Midway Speedway Park and get an all day pass to swim in the Olympic sized swimming pool, use the kiddie pool or water slides for only $18! They also have go-carts, bumper boats and miniature golf!

Cozy and great place! Couldn’t ask for a better location!
Great location for restaurants, shopping, and things to do for kids. Visited there for my son’s baseball tournament but there was so much to do for my other kids after the games. Would love to come back to spend more time there!
Clean condo, near shopping
This condo is very clean. If shopping is part of your get-away plans, it's a shopper's paradise. The pictures of the condo are fairly accurate. However, you won't find towels on the racks as shown. You must bring your own towels and sheets. 2 blankets are provided. At the time we booked, it wasn't stated on the web page that you needed to provide your own linens, so we had to buy them when there. This is a big deal if you've flown in as we did - lots of luggage space taken up. We had to check an extra bag on the way home. The need for bringing your own sheets & towels is stated about half-way down in the "Welcome" letter, unfortunately we didn't catch that stipulation. To her credit, Stephanie has since updated the web page and tells visitors to bring their own. For a great sandwich, check out Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli just in front of the complex.
I apologized to the rental party for not directly stating that linens and towels are not included in the rental. The site listed everything that IS included and I can understand how it may have been overlooked as missing from the long list of items provided. It does state clearly in the rental agreement that linens and towels are not included and unfortunately the agreement should be read carefully and must be agreed to PRIOR to booking my condo. As part of a welcome letter, I resend the same rental agreement as a reminder and a courtesy about a week prior to check in. I have tried to make it more clear on the website so that any future rentals know before they agree to the terms of the rental contract that linens and sheets are not provided.

Perfect!!! Everything was exactly as indicated online. The location was perfect, close to beaches, outlets, and other activities. Directions, were well written and easy to follow. We enjoyed it immensely and we are considering renting next year for the entire week. Thank you so much.
Great condo with a great owner!
My son was turning 2-years-old so I thought it'd be fun to have a mommy + son date at the beach, but I planned this trip super late -- 24 hours prior to going to the beach ( procrastination at its best ). I emailed Stephanie about renting her condo so last minute, and though she had a party coming in the day I left, she was very accommodating and clear on what she needed for us to do to make the arrangements work. Her condo is just as pictured, if not, more spacious than you think! The rooms were perfect for us and everything was meticulously clean & ready for us to stay in. The drive to the beach was seamless, and there's a Wawa + many more food places in arms reach :) Thanks so much Stephanie, I can't wait to go back to Rehoboth and stay at that condo!
My condo is conveniently located between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach within 2 miles of all of the outlets and 3 miles from the center of Rehoboth. My home is on the East side of Route 1. Once there, you can take back roads to access shopping and downtown Rehoboth and avoid any traffic on Route 1. My condo is just 1 mile from the Junction and Breakwater Biking and Walking Trail that runs between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. From there, you can bike into either town in less than 20 minutes.

WEEKEND RATES (2 nights): WINTER $250 SPRING/FALL $275, each additional night $125 • 50% balance due within 3 days of our verbal contract to hold your dates. • 50% balance due 60 DAYS out. • $250 Security deposit is due 30 DAYS out + refunded within 14 days if the contract is upheld. Or you may choose to pay a non-refundable $59 that will cover up to $1500 in damages.
