1) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes, a propane BBQ Grill is offered at $95 plus tax for the entire stay. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

We had a great time! Management company was wonderful! Guests before us broke one shower so they worked to make it usable! They did their best when things were not working! My kids loved the house!

We just checked out from a 10 day stay. To say we were overwhelmingly satisfied is an understatement. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, welcoming, full of activities inside and outside, and a very relaxing home. There were games to play and tvs in every Room and even outside. My kids LOVED watching the big screen while swimming in well lit pool.I wouldn't know if the neighbors were ever home there was no noise. We had so much fun as a family of 7 and made amazing new memories! 10/10 and would absolutely stay there again! Lastly the communication was top notch start to finish. There was nothing to guess!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home!! We were in Orlando on a graduation trip for my niece and my son. We really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, the private pool, and the grill was used for a bbq celebration for the two graduates!!! This beautiful home had everything we needed for our trip and it’s just right down the road from Walmart!!

Everything was exactly as described on the website with plenty of things to do for all ages. Property was very clean and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor space with pool, TV, large screen for watching movies and hot tub. Nearby park and pool with waterslides were a welcome addition. Close to shopping, Disney and restaurants. Great family vacation!

The home is very true to the listing description and pictures. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans in every room were a nice touch. Note that the thermostat is restricted in a range of only 70-75 degrees. The property manager was able to quickly address an issue with the kitchen trash can and replace it. Overall we had a great stay and would consider this property again.

Lovely large house, pool was fabulous sunshine from late morning until sunset. Facilities were good in the house and as expected. Bedding didn’t seem to fit the beds properly however I have addressed this separately but it’s not enough of an issue to drop the rating from a 10 as everything else was fine.

Great Vacation Home

The vacation home was exactly what we needed it was very clean and it had all the amenities, We visited the waterpark and pool area really great.

Our family loved the house! Convenient to Disney. Booking agent and property manager were very accomodating and accessible. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Vacation Home

The house was exactly as the pictures looked. My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great stay and would return to this house. There was plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. There were a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. The pool was so nice to have and we were in walking distance to the water park which was very nice! Close to Walmart and easy drive to Disney.

This trip was so enjoyable, and we were able to let the kids swim, have enough space for our family, and everything was so clean. Any minor issues or questions were answered and fixed in a timely manner. We will be returning to this house for future vacations in the area!
