Completely renovated in 2020, Tranquillity on the Beach Unit 150 is truly a gem on the beach! This ground floor, one-level unit sits beach-front high on a dune in private Tranquillity on the Beach complex. Amenities include a community pool and grilling area; designated parking and private beach access just steps away.

As you enter the unit, gorgeous manufactured white oak wood floors great you and flow throughout the living spaces. The first bedroom includes a Queen bed, dresser, LCD TV, closet and small side table with two chairs. Comfortable, new carpet flooring. The bathroom connected to this bedroom includes a single sink vanity, tub-shower combo and also includes the washer/dryer units. The next bedroom includes a Queen bed, dresser, LCD TV and closet. New carpet flooring in this room as well. The bathroom connected to this bedroom includes a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. The 3rd and final bedroom is the King Master. This room includes a King bed, dresser, chest of drawers, closet and white oak wood flooring. The master bath includes a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and double vanity sinks.

The kitchen, dining and living areas are an open plan and great for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen is completely remodeled and includes beautiful cabinetry, quartz counters, double sink, and new GE Profile appliances. The dining table seats 6 and room for 3 more at the kitchen bar. The living room includes sofa, table, 2 ultra-comfortable recliners, LCD TV and additional side chairs. The floor to ceiling glass doors off the living room lead to your private beach-side porch. This porch includes a cocktail table and chairs and 4 Adirondack chairs. Kids can play on the lushly landscaped grass that separates the complex from the dunes. Walk one minute across this grass to the boardwalk that takes you down to the sand.

Outside: Community Pool is just a minute walk from the unit. Shared grilling/picnic area and outdoor shower. Designated parking for one car very close to the unit’s entry. Overflow parking is across the street in a lot owned by the complex (parking pass needed).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding pricing, a cleaning and processing fee, a $99 Vacation Rental Damage Plan Fee and tax will be added to ALL rates. Travel Insurance is optional and can be added at Guest's choosing.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tranquillity on the Beach! This 3-bedroom condo exceeded every expectation and it felt private like we had a beachside sanctuary.The location is perfect — just steps from the sand with incredibly easy beach access. Being on the first floor was ideal as our kids loved that they could run back and forth between the condo and the beach without any hassle. The condo itself is stunning and surprisingly spacious. People say recently renovated, but this definitley was - everything felt fresh and modern.We especially appreciated how clean the condo was upon arrival; it was spotless from top to bottom. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for family movie nights after a day at the beach. We felt very safe and secure thanks to the gated community, which gave us extra peace of mind with young children. The condo is truly kid-friendly — plenty of space for the kids to play, comfortable furnishings, and a layout that made it easy for everyone to relax.The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Every detail was taken care of, making our family vacation stress-free and memorable.If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, well-maintained beach condo in the heart of 30A with easy beach access and a fantastic heated pool, look no further. We can’t wait to return to Tranquillity on the Beach!Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way!

Not a view!!!

I will not stay here again! Need to see the sea!! I know we were on the bottom floor but just wish the hedge was not there. Also steps were quite a bit for all! Our daughter tripped and broke her toe! But the place was beautiful. I have stayed in places all up and down on 30a and it was in comparison a medium! Thank you for taking care of us! Our booking and check in was one of the best ever! Easy and accommodating! Very friendly! No hidden or added cost! I have had that in the past and will not return to those places either. We had a wonderful time making memories! 👍❤️

Okay but not ideal for us

What I liked: -ground floor condo with easy walk to pool and parking -safe area with gated access -close drive to shopping and restaurants -nice newly remodeled kitchen fully stocked with dishes. It had the basics but needs more trashbags. -comfy recliners and couch. -king size bed and linens were comfy. I slept better here than at home. Daughter loved the top bunk. -beach itself was clean and not crowded. Water was beautiful emerald/ turquoise blue. It was moderate surf most of time we were here but very calm at times too. Daughter didn’t have too much trouble floating with life jacket. She snorkeled some too. Lots of small fish and crabs. -pool was perfect depth for 5 yo daughter 3-6 feet. It was mostly just us there on days we went. So not crowded. What I didn’t like: -lack of view of beach from condo or pool. -63 stair steps up from the beach very challenging with all the gear -showers in-unit don’t look to be upgraded like some of the vanities. Old plastic crystal knobs from 80s/90s. One was broken while we were there and told to use a tool to turn it on and adjust. Old glass shower door in master. It had black gunk on it in various places. Brown River rock in master shower was just ugly and hard to tell if it was clean or not. Other showers had old fixtures and ugly spots as well. Didn’t fit with luxury listing and other areas of the home. -walls were very thin could hear upstairs alarm going off early in the morning, babies crying, toilets flushing etc. -ceilings very low and popcorn ceilings made it feel small -the property itself was dull and aging. Not well maintained. Stucco repaired with caulk in many areas and needs painting. Pool was dirty quite alot. -crowds and obnoxious people. It seems like they do alot of rentals here and they overbook how many people should reasonably be in these units. This place says sleeps 10. But really not more than 2 couples and 4 kids could comfortably be here and that’s pushing it. There were kids running wild everywhere. People smoking and drinking where they are not suppose to. -food options at grocery stores and restaurants were low quality and overpriced. I could get better seafood in Houston. Crowds and long waits at restaurants

Thank you for your feedback! We are happy you found the condo to be nice, newly remodeled, well-stocked with comfy beds and the beach to be clean and uncrowded! That being said, we are sorry that some aspects of your trip were not ideal for you and your family. We regret that one shower knob broke the morning of your arrival! Always a pain when a part needs to be ordered, but we were glad it was easily operational with a small tool (not ideal, but sometimes we have to improvise unfortunately). We checked on the "black gunk" in shower and confirmed it was just part of the sealant and not anything to be cleaned. We will pass on your feedback about the popcorn ceilings and dated vanities. While the recent remodel has left it fresh and mostly modern, we understand it would be nice to have upgraded vanities/fixtures in some baths. Regarding the stucco/caulk repairs, we assume you are referring to the exterior of the building as there is nothing like that within the unit. We will also pass on that feedback to the folks in charge of the complex. Overall, we appreciate your feedback and are so glad you did enjoy many important aspects of the property and the location! This condo was amazing! Slept 8 very comfortably. We loved that it was on the ground floor where we could easily leave beach toys and chairs outside on the back porch. Already looking to book for next year!

Excellent location and enjoyable time!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were excellent and we hope to stay here again some day. It was excellent for our kids to be able to have a lawn to play on right outside our back door.
