Welcome to "Sand and Sun"! This unbelievable Beachfront townhome is located on the Gulf, looks and feels like a dream. Just a few steps out of our living room doors are the sugar white sands and turquoise water of the Emerald Coast! Wake up to the sound of waves crashing, hit the beach right away, or hop into our complimentary Golf Cart and check out the excellent restaurants, shops, and activities along 30A.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

The ocean view was better than expected. We slept with the windows open listening to the waves. An authentic sound machine. Place was clean and had almost everything we needed. We are tea drinkers . If it had a kettle to boil water it would have scored a perfect 10.

A wonderful stay off 30A with direct access to the beach, well kept rooms, and a golf cart! The location is great, right in between many dining and shopping areas. The team was responsive to any request and helpful when we needed it. I would say the listing doesn’t mention the beach accessories available to use, which was a nice surprise.I will say the kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc but we thought there would have been more kitchen staples like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. All in all a great stay, don’t let the exterior fool you as it is low key.

Perfect View & Comfortable Amenities!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The ocean view from both the kitchen/living room and the upstairs bedroom was stunning. The house appeared to be newly renovated, was spotless, and was filled with plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and all the essentials for a fun day at the beach. We will definitely choose this place for our next trip to 30A!

Great Location, Beautiful Beach

This spacious beach townhouse is in a great location with gorgeous views of the beach. It’s been recently remodeled and is in excellent condition. It has a good sized kitchen. The upstairs porch was enjoyable. The neighbors are very friendly. A golf cart is included with the rental.

Fantastic

My wife and our three kids (ages 6-14) stayed for four nights and didn’t want to leave. It is an amazing spot for families with the beach being less crowded and everything was clean. It was just a fantastic trip. We would most definitely stay here again. The outdoor area, the second floor balcony, the closeness to the beach and everything else you could want to do in Watersound, PCB and everything in between made this my favorite trip to the area ever.

BEST ocean view!!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and a kitchen made for a chef! Our first trip to 30 A and we plan to return next year. Other perks…quiet at night for great sleeping…just the sounds of the waves, delightful and relaxing. The owner allowed us to leave for donation to anyone who needed it, any unopened food we could not take with us. This felt like a simple and good thing to do. Loved our stay here!

RIGHT ON THE BEACH, CAN'T BE BEAT

The location is wonderful, convenient. The owner provides all the necessary equipment for sun in the fun. The only down side is the we could find areas that would all us to park the electric cart. So most of the time we just used our rental.It is probably much safer.

Incredible spot

Basically I don’t want to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at this property, for fear that it will be forever booked up when we try to stay again! Lol. The views and proximity to the gorgeous beach were just perfect. Nice and quiet area. Very convenient for us traveling with our small kids to just be able to go up and down the steps as needed throughout the day. Also loved to find that it was fully stocked with sand toys, chairs and umbrellas!

This townhouse was beautiful. It had everything we needed and right on the beach. The view was gorgeous! We really appreciated how clean it was. This isn't always the case with beach traffic and guest turnover. Communication with Beyond Blue was exceptional. We've already had two friends book this one of the summer. We will definitely be back again, too!

A beachgiving

The weather was great and to have an 80 degree day on the beach for Thanksgiving was a real treat. We are a family of 5 adults so having the kids bedroom next to the front door did not bother us, but if you have young kids, I would be very worried about thier ability to sneak out the front door. The owners have beach chairs that you can use and the table outside is really nice. There are no deck lounge chairs for this unit. My one big issue is the shared deck space facing the beach. This unit sits in the middle of 5 total condos. 2 to the left and 2 to the right. That deck is a shared space, but not private. The neighbors were not welcoming to us so we cut our trip short a day because of the lack of privacy.

It is the only rental unit in the group, so we had the entire common area to ourselves all week. The owners next door were only there a couple of nights. We would for sure use the unit again, but with fewer people. It really is only good for 2 couples and 2 children. The bedroom that has 2 beds is much too small for 4 adults and the bathroom is tiny. The other 2 bedrooms and baths were great and we used them more than the smaller one. The balcony is wonderful for evenings and early mornings. Furniture was very comfortable and plenty of seating for a family. The stairs were not a problem and they furnished everything we needed. You just can't go wrong with this unit... comfort, location, beachfront. Perfection!
