Welcome to "Sand and Sun"! This unbelievable Beachfront townhome is located on the Gulf, looks and feels like a dream. Just a few steps out of our living room doors are the sugar white sands and turquoise water of the Emerald Coast! Wake up to the sound of waves crashing, hit the beach right away, or hop into our complimentary Golf Cart and check out the excellent restaurants, shops, and activities along 30A.

*The kitchen nook seats six comfortably, and three additional barstools are at the kitchen island
*Oceanfront Master Bedroom and private ensuite bathroom
*Guest bedroom with two queen beds
*Custom twin over full bunk bed
*Smart TVs in all bedrooms
*Full-size washer and dryer

*Complimentary Wifi; however, Wifi in the 30A area can occasionally be slower due to high guest traffic and our coastal infrastructure. Many of our guests find it to be a great opportunity to unplug, relax, and fully enjoy the beachside experience
*Minimum age to rent is 25

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

Great location with easy access to rosemary beach and seaside. Loved being able to wake up and enjoy coffee while taking in the amazing views. Well worth the price for the convenience of walking straight down to the beach. Rental is well stocked with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip!

Great house and even better view!!!! House was great, more beautiful than advertised and the view is just amazing-nothing like waking up to that view!!! Had rain most of our trip but the house was comfortable for us to even enjoy being stuck indoors . There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach which is great when you fly in....Had 6 adults and plenty of room, looking forward to coming back again next year!

The ocean view was better than expected. We slept with the windows open listening to the waves. An authentic sound machine. Place was clean and had almost everything we needed. We are tea drinkers . If it had a kettle to boil water it would have scored a perfect 10.

Perfect View & Comfortable Amenities!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The ocean view from both the kitchen/living room and the upstairs bedroom was stunning. The house appeared to be newly renovated, was spotless, and was filled with plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and all the essentials for a fun day at the beach. We will definitely choose this place for our next trip to 30A!

Great Location, Beautiful Beach

This spacious beach townhouse is in a great location with gorgeous views of the beach. It’s been recently remodeled and is in excellent condition. It has a good sized kitchen. The upstairs porch was enjoyable. The neighbors are very friendly. A golf cart is included with the rental.

A wonderful stay off 30A with direct access to the beach, well kept rooms, and a golf cart! The location is great, right in between many dining and shopping areas. The team was responsive to any request and helpful when we needed it. I would say the listing doesn’t mention the beach accessories available to use, which was a nice surprise.I will say the kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc but we thought there would have been more kitchen staples like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. All in all a great stay, don’t let the exterior fool you as it is low key.

Fantastic

My wife and our three kids (ages 6-14) stayed for four nights and didn’t want to leave. It is an amazing spot for families with the beach being less crowded and everything was clean. It was just a fantastic trip. We would most definitely stay here again. The outdoor area, the second floor balcony, the closeness to the beach and everything else you could want to do in Watersound, PCB and everything in between made this my favorite trip to the area ever.

Location is lovely (you can't beat the views!!) and the townhome has been updated in the past few years with some great features. Two biggest items that stand out from our stay - door to balcony from master bedroom - the lock was jammed and we had an issue the entire stay with ensuring the lock would secure. The other thing is the cell service and wi-fi. Our cell phones were on SOS the entire time (Verizon is our provider) and while we were connected to the wi-fi in the townhome, it was extremely slow and spotty. We used the TV and logged into our streaming services but to no avail were we able to actually watch a show or even stream the local news. We reached out to the property management team, and they did reach out to the provider to do a reset for the home, and we did our own reset on the device, but still had issues during our stay.

That’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests, and we’ve shared this with our maintenance team to ensure it’s fully addressed and functioning properly moving forward. Regarding the cell service and Wi-Fi, we completely understand how frustrating that can be. We do provide complimentary WiFi; however, service in the 30A area can occasionally be slower due to high guest traffic and coastal infrastructure. While many of our guests enjoy this as an opportunity to unplug and fully take in the beachside experience, we know reliable connectivity is still important. We appreciate you reaching out during your stay so we could attempt a reset, and we’ll continue working with our provider to improve performance. Thank you again for staying with us and for bringing these items to our attention, we truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

BEST ocean view!!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and a kitchen made for a chef! Our first trip to 30 A and we plan to return next year. Other perks…quiet at night for great sleeping…just the sounds of the waves, delightful and relaxing. The owner allowed us to leave for donation to anyone who needed it, any unopened food we could not take with us. This felt like a simple and good thing to do. Loved our stay here!

RIGHT ON THE BEACH, CAN'T BE BEAT

The location is wonderful, convenient. The owner provides all the necessary equipment for sun in the fun. The only down side is the we could find areas that would all us to park the electric cart. So most of the time we just used our rental.It is probably much safer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A special family memory in a lovely setting. We absolutely love it there. And the kitchen was perfect for making meals and gathering. Everyone associated with the property management were courteous and very welcoming and hospitable. Cinthia deserves a special recognition for all her help leading up to our arrival.

Incredible spot

Basically I don’t want to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at this property, for fear that it will be forever booked up when we try to stay again! Lol. The views and proximity to the gorgeous beach were just perfect. Nice and quiet area. Very convenient for us traveling with our small kids to just be able to go up and down the steps as needed throughout the day. Also loved to find that it was fully stocked with sand toys, chairs and umbrellas!

Great stay right on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location on 30A. Quiet beach without too many people. The house seems newly remodeled and was spotless when we arrived. Just out the back door and right down a few steps to the beach. Close to lots of nice restaurants and shops in the 30A area. The golf cart was a nice addition for getting around the area. Would love to stay again.

Absolutely great experience!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for 6 of us. 4 adults and two kids. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Communication with the host was easy and they worked with us when we forgot to put the golf cart deposit down. The location is perfect if you want to visit the busy parts of Seaside or Rosemary but not be in the middle of the madness.
