The meat communication was poor. They understood that we would not be there until after hours directions on how to get our key at the hotel was ridiculous. No one at the hotel knew that we were going to be there. We had to call the emergency line to have someone come and unlock the door for us. We got into our room And we did have our sheets and everything, but I wasn’t aware that we had to place them on the bed and take them off before leaving, which wasn’t a big deal, but the police was nothing like the pictures made it seem it was dirty. There was scrapes and dirt all over the walls the outside of the hotel to get into our room needed painted. It looked like it was something from a prison. I just feel it was poorly managed, and they wanted you to do more than their employees to stay there.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’d like to clarify that detailed check-in instructions, including lock box access were sent by email prior to arrival. The unit was fully prepared for your stay, and we’re glad to hear everything needed was available once you entered. For after-hours arrivals, the provided instructions are designed to avoid the front desk entirely, but our emergency line was available and responded promptly when contacted. Regarding the condition of the property, the photos accurately reflect the unit. While some wear is normal in a well-traveled beachfront building, we do take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and appreciate the comments. We strive to communicate clearly and manage expectations, so guests know exactly what to expect before arrival, and we’re sorry the experience did not fully meet yours.
