Full week rentals (Saturday to Saturday) are required during July & August.

Views of ocean/beach from most rooms and rear deck. You'll love the beautiful décor and new furnishings in this like new home - with plenty of entertaining space inside as well as in the yard. Sleep comfortably with quality mattresses, pillows, and linens available.

A very short walk to Long Sands Beach....about 500 feet! As you walk on to the beach you will be near the center of Long Sands beach, just south of the Sun & Surf Restaurant. Great for families due to the amount of beach space, even at high tide, and the best crabbing and tide pooling in town at low tide! Perfect spot for walking or running along the beach as well. And a quick walk to some of the local restaurants or take the trolley to the Nubble Lighthouse or Short Sands Beach from the end of the street. Long Sands Surfing area is only a 10 minute walk away. Life guards on duty all summer.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the 30'x12' rear deck while enjoying the sounds & views of the ocean. Neighborhood is predominantly owner occupied. Extremely safe neighborhood. Dead end road with 10 houses.

This property offered us a very good "sweet spot" for balancing distance from the beach without being too crazy expensive To. We have a three and a five year-old and if it was any farther away it would've been difficult. Any closer and we might not have wanted to spend the money. It was just right! Comfy beds too :-)

Enjoyed the stay. Great location. Clean and spacious home. Ed was great communicator and had some nice local recommendations. Only knock would be on the cleaning requested prior to departure, which included not just stripping beds/towels but running thru washer and dryer. Seemed excessive, especially considering we were already paying a cleaning fee. Overall, very positive experience and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was in a great location, within easy walking distance to the water and coastline. The house was clean, impeccably organized, and maintained. However, given the high price of the rental, we were frustrated that we had to make beds, clean sheets and towels and have everything folded and back in a closet before an 11:00 check put time. In addition, there are no dressers, luggage stands or any place (other than the flood) to put the luggage. A folding luggage stand in each room would be a welcome and easy fix.

Great retreat!

This property was perfect for our family of ten. Having the bedrooms upstairs away from evening adult noise helped the little ones sleep well. The kitchen was adequately appointed with everything that you could want. Plenty of disposable paper goods were supplied. A wonderful beverage cooler was located on the lowest level allowing the refrigerator to be used mainly for food items. The bedrooms were nicely sized, ceiling fans helped keep us cool and the beds were very comfortable. Great Weber grill was on the deck for easy access to the kitchen and it was very clean. Plenty of parking was available and the short walk to the beach allowed us to skip the dreaded search for expensive parking spots. We hope to rent this property again in the future, it was everything we had hoped for in a vacation home destination .

Family Wedding

We were in town for a family wedding and there were 6 of us staying in the house, all adults and older teens. The house was clean and a good size for our group. 4 of the beds are bunk beds though, so might work best for a family with some younger kids. Having multiple bathrooms was great for getting ready, the kitchen is really big and roomy and it was stocked with everything you would need to cook. Communication with the hosts was great during the entire process. Also close to the beach if you go in the warmer months and not far from the Nubble Lighthouse. I would definitely recommend!

We've been here year round for over 20 years, and I've been coming here in the summers for over 40 years. Not quite a townie, but not far off either...
