Beautiful 2nd floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 4 bedroom suite on the 2nd floor is oceanfront with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers two double beds, the third & fourth bedroom offers one queen bed each. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

Perfect condo for our big family!

Property was very nice. The Parking Garage needs to be updated for larger vans, SUV's and Trucks. The spots seemed designed for Passenger Vehicles so parking with a larger vehicle was pretty tight.

Great Location

Enjoyed the place because of the location. Love the fact that 3 of the rooms had its on balcony. My favorite was the warm lazy river, pool and hot tub.

We had an amazing 5 day vacation, loved that it was privately owned by luxury rentals and we did not have to hassle with the front checkout just go to your room and put your code in. We enjoyed our stay!

Fun family getaway

Wonderful getaway for our family. Check-in process was sooo easy. Landlord was an absolute pleasure to work with while getting everything booked. Unit had plenty of space with more balconies and amenities than what was on the original listing. Condominium building was standard for the area (each unit differs on quality per owner). Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Setting!

We loved the condo. It was more than comfortable for all 5 of us. The furnishing are great, the view from the balcony is great, everything about this unit was great. I highly recommend this condo to everyone.

We loved our stay here. It had convenience and room for our entire family including 3 couples, 4 small children and of course grandma. They had basic amenities such as pots and a couple pans, silverware, keurig coffee pot and a regular brew coffee pot, cups, pltes and bowls. The one thing I wish was in the kitchen was just a couple spices, there wasnt even salt and pepper which I thought was odd. It was a nice cozy place with minimal tiny decorations for potential accidents with small children, so that was great. It is on the 2nd floor so a portion of your view of the beach is obstructed by palms, which was fine for us, but would have been nice to always see part of our party on the beach, no big deal though! A perk of the 2nd floor is being able to easily use the stairs when the elevators get a little crowded .The pools for the resort were loved by the kids, but seemed like they needed cleaning. The hot tub was very nasty so we never got to use it and the huge slide that was displayed for our use wasnt even available for use due to it being closed without notice. They kindly provide plenty of wrist bands for the entire group to use the pools and plenty of parking passes for our party, which was amazing. Overall this place was great and we would stay again. The toilets in 2 out of 3 bathrooms ran constantly even after fixing multiple times which got old after the first night.

The unit itself was in great condition and clean. The beds in the other two bedrooms if queens would get 5 star. The resort itself was nice, the indoor pool area definitely needs updating, and was kind of run down. The outdoor facilities were nice!

Great location - terrible Company

First of all there was so much construction you wouldn't park or get in elevators. Noise on Saturday and Sunday. We arrived with dead bugs on the floor, dirty windows and messed up couch. Cleaner obviously didn't come before we got there. Fridge handle broken, microwave broke, paint coming off cabinets, tons of scrapes and dings all over alls. Lots of maintenance needs to be done. We did notify the company about issues and 10 the next morning they offered to come after my husband got tools out of his truck to fix. With so many options in MB, choose somewhere else

Overall good, however

Communication was good the entire time leading up to and during the stay, however, on the last day the sheets on the mattress of the master bedroom came undone and we discovered it had a bunch of old pee stains on it. When i reached out and sent them a text about it i never received any response, while they always responded with urgency before then. I found this to be very unprofessional. Saw one big cockroach but was under the assumption this was due to heavy rainfall. Kitchen drawers and oven mitts were pretty dirty. Other than that stay was good.

The Caribbean offered all necessities that we needed as a family of 11 traveling. Being on the second level created lots of extra noise and had a limited view. The Caribbean pools offered a great play day for our team. Pool and beach area often felt dirty with items not picked up to the night by staff. Overall this four bedroom condo offered every thing needed for a successful and fun trip however luxury is not a word that I would use to describe this specific condo.

Nice place

Really nice 4 bedroom/ 3 bath condo with a deep balcony, nice view and 2 small side balconies. Enough chairs for 8 outside. Great large table to eat and game at. All furniture in good shape. No stinky carpeting, yippee! Well stocked kitchen. Really appreciated the new Tupperware too. Nice to be on the 2nd floor and use the stairs instead of the busy elevator, but we paid for that with noisy evenings as there is a turf area right below the bedrooms and many many people played loudly and goofed around late into the night, so it was irritating trying to fall asleep and disrupted the experience of the ocean serenity. Expect propane exhaust fumes to float by often from a unit on the side of the building. Overall really nice, clean place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is just as described. Very clean, in good repair and some of the more comfortable mattresses we’ve had in a vacation rental. Great bonus is that 3 of the 4 rooms have a balcony and all with a water view. We had a couple of issues and the property management was quick to respond (even late at night) and ensured the problem was addressed and resolved. This unit is a corner unit on the 2nd floor so it’s above pool and next to water slide so it can be a bit noisy but the positive there is it’s quick access in and out. We opted for stairs instead of waiting for elevators and could be from room to car or beach in a snap. Lastly, it is in a resort so if you want super quiet and kid free this isn’t your place but if you have kids/teens, this is perfectly suited for you with so much to do.

The channels on the TV available were not our preference and we were not able to watch our daily news or the March Madness tournament (ESPN, sports channels). The chairs on the outside deck were not very comfortable and no tables to put coffee or beverages on while sitting on the deck looking out at ocean. Also, the Keurig coffee maker was not functioning properly (in descale mode, with no directions...tried to google but no luck). The condo is in great condition and we didn't have any maintenance issues...nice furniture, beds, tables, chairs, sheets, etc. Thank you for comfortable stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with our stay with Luxury Beach Rentals. This felt like Airbnb at its worst. The condo was spacious and well located adjacent to the beach but it needed care. Mildew on the shower curtain, broken tp dispensers, clogged toilets, grime in the kitchen sink, non-functional can opener. The staff was very helpful when available but the problem is that they kept business office hours, which are not the hours that one keeps for a vacation. Even the toilet clogging only got a "we'll call you when we're in the office," response. Very frustrating because I received texts coaxing me to try to extend my stay, and when I replied saying I was interested, I got auto-response texts.Also frustrating because the property management company for the building itself drew a clear line with some of our issues because we weren't in their purview.Overall, it felt very impersonal and not very service oriented. I would not do it again. (I'm listed as from Irvine, NA. I am not. To some degree, that tells you everything you need to know.)

Disappointed

We were so excited about this rental but when we got there we were all disappointed. The air conditioning was not working correctly and was almost 80 the first night making everyone miserable. The first night a HVAC tech was sent but he checked it out and did nothing. The next day I messaged the rental manager and another tech came. That evening the room cooled to around 75. It took about three nights to finally get the air to around 73. My daughter saw a roach crawling on the floor the first night. This has never happened any past homes I have rented. The layout of the condo is nice. The location is awesome but the resort is very dated and needs a lot of maintenance. The room had a saggy couch which was not comfortable at all. The master bathroom door did not have the hardware to shut the door properly or lock it. The view was oceanfront but when you open your curtains you just see everyone at the pool below you because it’s 2nd floor. The front desk told us to take our trash bags across the street and throw them in a dumpster but I messaged the condo renter and they said to put it down the hallway. I am disappointed that we paid over $6000 for a very disappointing stay.

Not what is advertised

Condo is not as advertised!!!!! My family has been traveling to Myrtle Beach for 30 years and we have stayed in multiple resorts throughout the area. We chose this resort based on the pics that were provided. We wanted something with multiple pools and amenities for our children; However, the pics are not an accurate depiction of the current condition of the resort. The pools were filthy with trash floating around, there were cigarette butts everywhere and the stench of the weed throughout the resort was enough to give everyone a contact high. The elevators and doors were covered in gunk and look like they’ve never been cleaned. The gym was also dirty and only one of the cardio machines was operable. There was an abundance of locals using the pools who were not guests of the resort. We had 2 separate occasions where ppl walked right into our unit bc the front desk gave them the wrong room number. In addition, the AC does not work fully in the master bedroom/bathroom. We had to sleep on top of the covers bc it got so hot during the night despite the AC being set low. The other bedrooms were freezing bc we couldn’t get the temperature regulated. We had several issues with the kitchen sink filing with suds and gunk and left a sewer smell throughout the unit. Plumbing showed up on our last day to address the issue and the stench of the procedure caused us to vacate bc it was so bad. Our entire vacation was ruined bc of the uncleanliness of the resort. We couldn’t even use any of the pools or amenities. We would never have rented from this property had we known it was so poorly maintained. The unit property managers told us to take up our issues with the resort and accepted no responsibility for any of the issues. Deeply disappointed and do not recommend.
