Renovations include solid surface counter tops, new kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and appliances such as a new washer and dryer combo.

Open and airy space with lightly colored walls and furnishings, streaming TVs, linens provided, fully outfitted kitchen, and homey touches.

Mature working class neighborhood with mos homes built in the 1950`s or 1960`s, located adjacent to St John`s Bluff and Atlantic Blvd with easy road access. convenient to 9A and Jacksonville Beach.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
