Recently renovated home 5 minutes from UNF, 15 minutes from Mayo Clinic, and 20 minutes from the beaches. With room to spread out, enjoy the 2 king beds available, living room , and private backyard with patio and fire pit. Renovations include solid surface counter tops, new kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and appliances such as a new washer and dryer combo.

We are on a mission to provide quality for our guests. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to help you 7 days a week. During your stay, we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions or issues. We have a team of people waiting to handle any issues that may come up.

Mature working class neighborhood with mos homes built in the 1950's or 1960's, located adjacent to St John's Bluff and Atlantic Blvd with easy road access. convenient to 9A and Jacksonville Beach.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
