We chose this spot mainly because of the cool decor, retro video games and central location to everything. Our children loved all the fun activities and especially the pool. The airport was 12mins away, plenty of shopping nearby and lots of restaurant options. St. Augustine was an hour away and there was an exotic cat sanctuary 10mins away. Matthew was super communicative. He even woke up at 4am to buzz us in for check in! The condo was spacious and clean. There was a nice pond out back with lots of ducks! (Bring duck food!) We highly enjoyed our stay there.

Matthew went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Instructions he provided for check in and check out went smooth. Communication was great. Responded quickly to messages sent. There’s a very nice shopping center nearby, Along with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Only issue we encountered was a dog in a neighboring unit that woke us up 2 days in a row barking nonstop. We cannot fault the host at all for this. But we can thank and appreciate the timely response when it was mentioned to Matthew that he would have the problem addressed. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Jacksonville again.

Booked the apartment for a weekend trip with my son and his friend to visit the Amelia Island Concours. We did not bring pets, but I'm sure my dog would have loved to come. The host was very responsive, the apartment was clean, and had everything we needed. I enjoyed introducing the boys to Dig Dug and Galaga, and we had had some good games of foosball. There's a walmart in the shopping center across the lake from the complex which was very convenient to pick up some milk & breakfast sandwiches so we could leave quickly in the mornings. We also found some great restaurants nearby: Copeland's of New Orleans, and Sushi Wok. Sushi Wok was a hidden gem. We loved it. Our stay was very pleasant and they didn't have a ton of rules to follow like some other places we rented in the past. Just placed the towels by the washer machine, placed the garbage outside the door and we were on our way. We'll be back the next time we head to Jacksonville.
