Beautiful area!

The cabin was beautiful and clean. We loved having our own little beach and dock to swim in. Just an fyi the "sofa sleeper" is a couch with 2 recliners in it not a full pull out bed.

My friends and I decided to rent out this house for the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival down in Saratoga and let me tell you this place was PERFECT!Had an amazing view of the lake, spacious inside, nice bedrooms and bathroom, and a really nice screened in deck which we definitely made the most of! If we decide to come back next year, this property is an easy choice

Fun on the Hudson

The place was splendid! We loved the arrangement, and the outside deck was just great. We sat afternoons, soaking up the sun, watching the ducks swim by, and the river meandering along. The place was but a short distance from several outlet stores and we enjoyed driving around the countryside. We definitely will return next year.

Beautiful getaway

This property was exactly as pictured. Right on the river with a wonderful deck and beautiful sunsets. We had a very relaxing week and would rent this property again. Kim was very helpful and responded very quickly to any texts. It was also very centrally located to anyplace we wanted to go. All in all a great week.

Peace of mind

My husband and I really needed a get away. The peace and quiet this place offered was amazing just what we needed. It was a little smaller than what the picture showed but was still beautiful. If you're looking for a quiet safe place to just regroup this would be the perfect place highly recommend and pet friendly my dog really enjoyed herself.

Wet retreat with wet dog!!

Lovely cottage on river (dog loved it!)….but unfortunately across the river from a somewhat busy/noisy road, which dampened the ‘serenity’ we were seeking. Unfortunately for us, it rained most of the first 2 days, so again….Had some lovely drives to Ticondaroga, lake george, saratoga.

Improvement Suggestions

The address was difficult to find because it was not near the village of Lake Luzerne, but near the town of Corinth just over the bridge and near the river. The mattresses were terrible and I had to put towels down to block out the springs and sleep on the bed. Reminded me of the time at camp as a young girl on those mattresses. The advertised gas grill had NO gas canister so we were unable to use it. We were disappinted that things were not better for all the money we paid. We should have stayed at a hotel. On the plus side the neighbor was friendly. We also found Vested Veterans diner in Corinth that had good food and friendly people. The Tops store was 1/2 mile away. We got the largest round pizza I had ever seen in Corinth. The cabin was midway between Saratoga Springs and Lake George so we visited both areas. I would not recommend this property to anyone else and were very disappointed.

Nice Water Access-Traffic Noise-Needs New Furniture

The water access of this cabin was great and perfect for our dogs who thought this vacation was for them! The inside of the house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. It has a nice screened porch. We had rain for a couple of days and there is nowhere comfortable to sit inside. The blue couch that was referred to years ago in reviews is still there and it's basically like sinking into foam. There are two chairs that are also hard, uncomfortable and unusable. The rocking chair from the screened-in porch, that I'm guessing is from the 60's, was the most comfortable so I brought that inside. There is a main road, Route 9N, right across the river so you hear the constant hum of traffic when you are outside or have the windows open. The small yard was full of sticks and tree branches as was the deck. There had been a storm a week prior, and no one came to clean up the outside (or maybe it's always like that). There were 2 plastic dirty/moldy adirondack chairs that would not come clean, even with a scrub brush and cleanser. Check out time was 10:00am and the cleaning crew was there exactly at that time, so they started cleaning while we finished packing up. They were very courteous and hard-working. This cabin doesn't need much to make it a more comfortable stay, but was not what we expected for the cost. I will not use VRBO again because of their fees.

Great relaxing stay

We enjoyed this quaint cabin. We enjoyed floating on the river(wish we had kayak or paddle board) the 🔥 firepot at night was also enjoyable. Great location 25 minutes to Lake George and 25 minutes to Saratoga that was great.

Peaceful week on the water

We absolutely loved the location, the deck looked directly over the river. If you have a boat the dock is in beautiful shape. We have 3 kayaks and were able to set off right from our beach, we enjoyed a lot of casual paddling. The neighbors were all very friendly.

My son's birthday weekend!

We just wanted to get away to a house on some water. This is exactly that. I quiet neighborhood! The house was perfect for what we needed! It does not have a charcoal grill like listed, but other than that it was perfect. We had a small issue come up the day before we left for vacation.. Kim was super accommodating and easy to talk to! I would most definitely stay again!
