Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

Amazing views!

This was a great condo! It was clean and well stocked. The best part was the beautiful views from the front and back decks. You had the bay in front and the ocean from the spacious corner deck. It is as close as you can possibly get to the beach, steps away. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect beach getaway!

Our family throughly enjoyed this condo. The view was nothing short of amazing. The layout was comfortable for family dinner and game night. It also accommodated the kids watching a movie while the adults enjoyed a TV show in the master bedroom. You couldn’t be closer to the beach. We were within walking distance of Wanna Wanna Beach Bar and Grill as well as an Irish Pub that had great shrimp.

We'll be back!

Spectacular view from this 11th floor corner unit condo! The condo was bright, clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed. The only things missing were a wine opener and two patio chairs (photo showed four chairs) but we improvised. :-) We enjoyed our stay and will definately be back!

Good place that needs maintenance

Overall a good stay, two nights we were there it rained and both those nights the unit wound up significantly inundated due to leaks. The first night it happened was quite a wild storm but the second night was mostly just normal rain but the property still wound up with water infiltration. Hopefully this is addressed because otherwise it’s a great unit.

Amazing!

We came for my husband’s birthday. We will absolutely stay here again. Everything was great. We had a little delay at the condo check in. You go to one location then the actual condo checkin. There was no one in the office at the condo. We had to wait until someone showed up, but it was only about 30 mins. I have to say this was our favorite place to stay.

The location of this condo is unbeatable! Incredible ocean views and super easy beach access with a shower right at the gate to wash some of the sand off. This building looked to be the closest to the beach of all the buildings in this area so a very short walk to the water. The bedrooms were huge and we really appreciated the fact there were no bunk beds since our kids are older. The beds were very comfortable. The reasons we didn't give it 5 stars are: We thought there was a covered balcony in front of the unit and an open balcony on the side. But the balcony in front of the unit is only about a foot deep, so not accessible. The furniture on the balcony was flimsy at best, had to use our beach chairs. The furniture inside is showing wear and could stand to be replaced. The building is also showing wear - the gate to get to the beach was very torn up. The parking garage was weird, the spots were either super skinny or very wide. Thankfully it was not packed so we were always able to find somewhere to park. We did not cook so don't know how well stocked the kitchen was, but the ice maker in the fridge was not working. They did have ice trays though. Overall, a nice place and I think we would stay here again.

Outdated condo and needed repairs.

The view from the 11th floor was amazing and the condo was clean. The ice maker in the condo was broken, the master bath shower head leaked really bad, and when we arrived, the living room furniture was covered as if someone was painting. The hall bath had a tub with jets that set up so high, it was hard to get in and out to take a shower. The hot tub at the complex did not work and the light inside of it was hanging out. It didn't look safe. The directions for check in said the fob to access the beach, pool, etc. would be in the condo. It was not. We had to drive somewhere else to pick it up. It was kind of disappointing.

1101 Penthouse Suite

The views were absoutely amazing. The location was perfect between two bar restaurants plus you cant forget the Irish Pub. I was however disappointed with the cleanliness of the suite. The floors were dirty when we got there so we swept and it was alot in the dustpan. That brought me to how clean is the floor if they didnt sweep it must not have been mopped. THen all the vents were dusty and dirty. Fan in the living room was bad with dirt of the edges of the inset ceiling. I'm not picky but I do like a clean house or suite when we pay for that. We did leave alot of food and drinks for the staff which I do appreciate. We did accidently break a lawn chair so we replaced it with two new ones. Thank you for sharing your suite with us and we left it as clean as we could. Thank you again. Michelle Sorsen.

Our end of tax season vacation was great with just a few hiccups.

It was a beautiful condo, but was one of the least guest friendly I have stayed in over the 10 years I've been doing annual beach trips. One of my biggest pet peeves with the property was it didn't have a keyless entry and in order to access the pool and the beach, you had to have a key fob. So, whenever you wanted to go somewhere you had to have the key and the key fob with you - versus just having keyless areas that you only needed to remember a code for. The glass top coffee table in the living room had so much dust, I actually signed my name in it and the outside of the living room windows had not been cleaned in sometime - the view was hazy from those windows. It was the first condo we didn't have access to the master bedroom closet - we had a small rack in the corner of the room to hang cloths on and no where to store the suitcases, so we had to just leave them out in the room - although there was a big L-shaped sectional sofa in the bedroom. I think it would be better to have a nice armor or something for the owners to use to free up the closet for guests, instead of having a sofa in there. There were no kitchen extra, not even the coffee filters the check-in paper work said would be available. Usually, previous guests will leave behind items such as salt & pepper and maybe even a little laundry soap and dryer sheets - there was absolutely nothing in this condo - if you rent it, be sure to go to the store first and get absolutely everything you will need for the kitchen. Other than this, it was a beautiful condo on the top floor with an absolutely wonderful view.

Agradable estancia

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días de descanso.La ubicación está excelente, muy cerca de la playa, el apartamento está muy bonito y limpio, nos gustó que tiene 3 recámaras, muy funcional los clóset, y todo muy bien. Me encantó que tienen varios carritos para el equipaje Las cosas que sugeriría sería que hubiera alberca pára niños pequeños, la cama de la recámara principal no estuviera tan alta, y que el a/c enfriara más en esa misma recámara. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, sin duda regresaría.
Me encanta que al salir al balcón está la vista al mar.

Comfort With A View

This was perfect for the relaxed getaway we needed. Clean, comfy, and the best balcony to see the fireworks at the pier. The pier, Bar Louie, and Clayton’s are an easy walk.we didn’t need them but there are beach toys for your kiddos too.

Nice unit on the beach

We really liked the unit - would agree with someone’s previous statement that it’s a nice unit in an older building. It’s very windy on the balcony, don’t expect to have peaceful evenings up there. You have to get a physical key from the property mgmt company, then you have to go to the building office to get the fob for the pool. They really need an electronic keypad to get into the unit for ease. Unit had boogey boards and chairs which was nice.

We came to South Padre because that is what my daughter wanted to do for her senior year spring break. The island was perfect. From Horse back riding on the beach to parasailing and shopping. The penthouse was beautiful and we could see the sun rise from our balcony and the got out the door on the other side and see the sunset. The place was quiet and had two pools to enjoy and beach access. The only downfall is that with a two year old that is just potty trained it made it difficult because there is not a public restroom in the pool areas or along the beach.

Our trip to South Padre was not what I was expecting .

1st thing we checked in at the rental agency picked up the 2 door keys. He said you have to check in at the condo and they will give you the key fobs for the amenities. I do that and the girl did not give me anything so I asked. She said the rental company has to give them to you. I told her he said you give them. She said nope call him. So I call him. He calls me back and says they found one at the desk. I go back they have 1key fob. Now this gets you in and you need it to get out of pool area, hot tub which is at opposite end of the building and in and off the beach access. 6 people you can imagine it was a pain or of course if you didn’t have it you can walk around to the public beach access. 1st morning we took 2 showers and the 3rd was rinsing with cold water.( 6 people), fridge ice maker did not work, and the mattress on the queen bed is a futon mattress. One of the reasons I picked this unit was because it had a private washer and dryer. Well, it is in the 2nd bedroom and it vents into a plastic box on the counter. I closed the door the 1st time, I came back and I thought it was on fire it was so hot. Then I left the door open and between the lint and the steam. The windows fogged up you couldn’t even see out of them to see the ocean. Needless to say I didn’t wash much due to it being so ridiculous for the friends in that room. Now, it rained the 1st 3 days and my friend almost slipped on the floor. We realized that the water was seeping in the wall and onto the floor inside. The wall was wet. Then we didn’t have any water…NO WATER! Now I go down to the condo office and let her know. She says “I have water here.” “I don’t know what to tell you. Call your agency since you didn’t rent from us nothing I can do.” Very rude! So I do he doesn’t know what to do. We find out later that the whole island has no water. A line broke. 4:30pm to sometime in the middle of the night. We went and got buckets of pool water to flush our toilets. Now this is when the fun started. The fire alarms in the building started to go off . Now mind you I’m on the 11th floor. I call the agency he says “I don’t know what’s going on ..oh I think that happens there.” “If the fire department doesn’t tell you to leave then you should be fine.” 6 times the alarm kept going off and it was going off for at least 20-30 mins at a time. I hope no one ever burns up because some day it might be real and no one’s going to evacuate. Now the city was boil the water order.

Dennis, Thank you for choosing my condo for your stay, I am sorry to hear about the issues during your stay. I hope the great weather, condo location and amazing views were able offer something wonderful about your stay. The Padre Island Rentals office did provide you with the accurate information about picking up your key fob from their front desk. Due to misplaced or lost fobs, they did not have yours ready at the inverness office. The one we found was a back up for our housekeeping department. I am glad they were able to get one out to you so quickly. We have gone back to the office and bought two more fobs to make sure our guests do not have to be inconvenienced like that again. We have also taken the time to readjust the dryer vent, it filters into a water box to filter the lint and remove heat from the vent. The dryers are venting property now and we don't anticipate any further issues. It was a very rare storm that exposed a water drainage issue with the building. I am sorry you experienced this and the added affect it had on the fire monitoring system. We understand the inconvenience of the noise but can assure you, you and your family were not in any danger. The building management, the city and the fire department have looked into this and we are confident all issues have been resolved. We understand there were a couple days that were an inconvenience and we did everything we could to accommodate you. We have done a full review of the condo and are both confident and excited that these isolated issues have been resolved and the condo is back to its amazing 5 star status as one of our highest rated condos. Great condo

We had a great time location is perfect. Sunrise and Sunsets 💯. Bed was comfortable an condo is well laid out.

Thanks Jason for the 5 star review! Our location is one of our biggest features. Located right on the north east corner of the building the view over the ocean is fantastic and then we have an added balcony on the north side that gives our guests a fantastic view of the beach and the entire north end of the Island.. Thank you for choosing to stay with use in our Inverness 1101 beachfront penthouse.
