Mark and his guests were excellent guests. They were clean and tidy, very personable and a delight to hosts. We would welcome them back anytime and we definitely would recommend them to other hosts. Thanks for treating the place like it was your own.
The house was perfect for my family. Roland was timely in his communication, had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and even provided some recommendations of things to do in the area. The location is great and provided a fun morning stroll to the coffee shop and a great evening walk for ice cream. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Hi Leslie. Thank you so much for staying with us as well as treating the place like it was your own. I am sorry we didn't get a chance to meet. You are friends are welcome back anytime.
Bissel's Hideaway is such a lovely place to stay while in Niagara on the Lake. It is far enough away from the downtown core that it is nice and quiet but it is close enough to take a nice walk downtown. There is a lovely walking trail nearby and the neighbours are amazing. We will stay again. Roland is a gracious host and everything you need is provided. Check in is so easy and this home is so quaint and on a lovely, quiet tree-lined street.
We had a great stay with our adult children. It was the perfect spot to call home for a few days while we explored the area. Communication with Roland was easy and prompt.

Wendy and her family were excellent guests. Thank you so much for treating the cottage like it was your own. You are welcome back anytime. Cheers.
We had a great stay here. Simple, clean, and in a perfect spot, and honestly ideal for a relaxing weekend.Everything was exactly as advertised, but with a few thoughtful extras that made it stand out. When we arrived, there were neatly folded towels set out for each of us with a small face cleanser on top, and a whiteboard welcoming us by name, which was a really nice touch. The place itself was perfectly clean and smelled great. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was quiet both inside and outside, so we slept really well. The temperature was easy to manage and overall it just felt easy to settle into. The location is a major highlight. It is a short walk to the main strip in Niagara-on-the-Lake and literally a stone’s throw from Pillar and Post. The area felt quiet and safe, and parking was very easy in the driveway. It can easily fit two large vehicles. The kitchen is fully usable if you actually want to cook, not just for show. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure, the WiFi was very fast, and everything worked exactly as expected. The layout felt comfortable for the size and did not feel cramped.Communication with Roland was excellent. Clear, responsive, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Check in was smooth with no issues.Overall, it felt like a mix between a home and an upscale hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Judy and her guests were awesome. They were very personable, clean and tidy, and wonderful guests to host. We would welcome them back anytime, and have no hesitation recommending them to other hosts. Thanks for treating the place like it was your own.
We had an amazing time in NOTL! Was a great spot to stay in town but gave us enough space to spread out but close enough to everything. Great neighborhood, close to all the action and walking distance to downtown. Roland was a great host. We didn’t stay long but house and grounds were welcoming and Roland was always in touch if we needed anything. Wish we could have staying longer! We would love to come back!
We loved our stay at Roland’s property. It was immaculate, well located, and truly had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked and little touches, like a phone charger, were so appreciated. Roland was a great communicator and very kind to allow us to check-in early since the property was free. Overall, a lovely stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We could not have loved this house more! Check-in was easy and the place was spotless and well equipped with not only the basics but some extras in the kitchen such as water, coffee, tea, spices, olive oil and snacks. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough towels for everyone. Location is great, a short walk to everything. We are already talking about our next visit!
