Relaxing in Surfside

We had a great week in the villa. It was just the two of us (50+) and our two small dogs. The home was very clean and spacious for us. The bed was very comfy, and the layout of the large den and kitchen were great. Our dogs enjoyed watching the swans, ducks and geese right out the windows. The complex has everything you would want..nice pool, doggie park, open spaces, and golf cart rentals. An evening golf cart ride is a must, and the private parking right on the beach was fabulous. We enjoyed all the restaurants in surfside beach, which was only one mile away. Bubba’s fish camp, Neal and Pam’s, and Pizza Hyena are great !

Great location and clean

Close to the beach in a nice gated community. House was clean and cozy. Nice view of pond behind the property. Property owner was easy to reach and attentive to our needs. Enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Although the weather was not ideal, being so close to things allowed us the ability to take advantage of pauses in the rainy weather. The indoor pool was ideal for that situation. I spoke with a few other people in the neighborhood in passing and everyone was very nice. The home was very clean and furnished nicely. We saw plenty of fish in the pond, but turtles are abundant, so we weren't able to take advantage of fishing the way we had hoped. That didn't keep us from enjoying the nice view.

Wonderful!

We could not be happier with this property. The house was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. It was definitely the attention to detail that made all the difference. We loved relaxing on the deck and covered patio. The host was also very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Truly dog friendly!

There isn’t enough room to write how happy we were with this property; it was exactly as described. Immaculately clean, responsive host, had all the essentials and more. We were so impressed that there were dog bowls, poop bags, and treats for our pups. The house is spacious, excellent water pressure, and great layout. We had such a relaxing stay sitting outside on the large furnitures deck and the covered patio with comfortable outdoor seating. Our friends at another property only wanted to visit at our placevbecause it was so nice. Listening and watching as ducks and geese on the canal and lived watching when they took flight. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We will be back loved this home

This was a perfect place to stay with our dog. We walked to the beach daily and explored the area. I appreciated Gina’s responsiveness when we arrived our GPS took us to the wrong gate.the house was very clean and as pictured.

My husband and I along with our dog vacation yearly in MB first time in Oceanside Village. La Bella Vita was perfect for us and as described it was very clean and equipped with everything we needed but would suggest some wine glasses that was the only thing we were looking for. Walked to the beach daily. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Family Getaway...

With our family always busy and going in different directions...we needed a quick getaway to reconnect and relax. This place was perfect! Not a huge place...but perfectly roomy and comfortable for the 4 of us and our 2 golden retrievers. Gina was always available by text for any questions... We absolutely loved the place and the Surfside community!

Most Pleasant Rental Experience Ever

Our host literally thought of everything we would need to enjoy our stay. This is the second year in a row we rented this unit, and we will definitely be back for a third. This unit has a very modern yet beachy feel, and our fur babbies loved it too. Could not be happier with our experience with this property. Perfect vacation home!!!!

This property is perfection! Extremely clean (and we are particular too!), very comfortable, exquisitely styled interior! Quiet location and lovely with the canal behind the home so you can sip coffee and cocktails while watching the turtles, swans and geese! Not to mention the pool access and beach access!!!!!! Wow right?!?!?! Right in Myrtle Beach area so you can get to everything in minutes! Love being near Murrell’s Inlet and Pawleys Island! It’s our 2nd vacation here and won’t be our last! Gina always answered any question we had in minutes!!!! She helped me feel comfortable as we hadn’t booked a VRBO before and I just can’t say enough about her and the home!!! Thank you!!!!!

La Bella Vita... a great place to stay during spring break

La Bella Vita was certainly an excellent stay. It was very spacious with both a sunroom and living room area to hang out in with TVs in both. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and had plenty of room to move around. The bedrooms were large with large closets and the beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer also came in handy to clean the laundry as needed and to dry damp towels. The view of the pond in the backyard was very relaxing. We enjoyed the grill to cook steaks out by the pond and the shed had plenty of supplies for our trips to the beach, such as beach chairs, boogie boards, sand castle stuff, etc. The community had an outdoor pool and indoor pool. I recommend renting a golf cart from the community and ride that to the beach for a fun ride. The private beach parking is convenient and had plenty of space for both golf carts and cars.

Nice place

We come every year as we have family in the village. We didn't know there was the pond in that spot till we found this rental. Everything was as advertised and had several little items around to make your stay extra special. The out back was a dream as kids ould fish right off the dock. Close enough to indoor pool and dog park to walk. Beach just short cart drive away. After 15yrs of coming normally more than once a year this was definitely in our top 2 of places we have stayed determined by entire family. Thanks for the hospitality

Nice community and Very nice property

Gated beach community of upscale mobile homes. Nice friendly people. Owner was great/responsive. My partner vacationed in this community since he was a child and we have friends who own property there, and can honestly say this is one of the nicer units. Owner has done an exceptionally nice job of reno'ing the unit and updating it to feel light, airy, breezy. Multiple separate areas in the open floorplan (most w TV's and comfy couches), so larger families can spread out (tough to accomplish in these units) and still feel connected. Lots of helpful amenities (sleep masks in a jar, nice shampoo (for those of us who forgot ours...oops!), dog biscuit for my furry companion, extra super-awesome blankets and pillows, etc)...making it almost feel like a hotel stay for half the price. Everything was labelled well, and all notes/signs felt very friendly/welcoming. Washer/dryer in unit (but it is one of those newer high efficiency models that doesnt use enough water, so we mostly handwashed). Kitchen is fully stocked... enough so that we were able to have family over for dinner one night. If you are travelling with a pet, please note community rules dont allow pets to be fenced and must be on leash at all times outside the house. However, there is an offleash dogpark within the gated community, about a 5 minute walk away, where everybody is friendly/nice.
