Una bonita y acogedora casa de playa con todas las comodidades del hogar por dentro y por fuera. La cocina acaba de ser remodelada. Hay una sala de lavandería separada con lavadora y secadora estándar. A un lado de la casa hay una pequeña terraza cubierta y una conveniente ducha exterior cerrada con abundante agua caliente. La puerta principal se abre a una cochera y patio con dos juegos de mesa y sillas. Establecerá 8 para cenas y comidas al aire libre. También hay una gran parrilla de gas. Se admiten mascotas (menos de 35 lb) y carrito de golf incluido.

Nuestra casa está a una cuadra o un paseo en carro de golf de 2 minutos (incluido) a la playa, y conveniente para piscinas, cancha de tenis, campo de golf par 4, un parque acuático y numerosos restaurantes.

Estamos ansiosos por compartir, estamos en casa con su familia.

Absolutely perfect location! We loved having the golf cart to use. Made our daily trips to the beach so easy. House is older but well maintained and very nice. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was wonderful, answering every question I had before our trip very quickly. We also loved all the amenities included with this property and that it was pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was filthy and crawling with roaches in every room. The morning after we checked in o 8/5/26 I texted owner. We cleaned and killed bugs every day we were there. See pictures provided.

Place was very clean. Host was very nice and helpful with any questions and a quick minor repair during our stay. The golf cart made it very easy to get around to everything. The community private beach access was just around the corner from the house . The community having indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and children's splash pad were great additions for use during different weather conditions. We had extremely hot weather (over 95 degrees) making indoor pool great during midday and outdoor and beach during morning and evening. The house was equipped with most everything needed. For being an older modular home, it was slightly smaller than we expected, but plenty of space for us (3 adults, 1 child). Only thing that was any issue for us was the bathrooms being small. A member of my group has bad knees and a broken foot, so had minor difficulties with them. Overall, location, amenities, price, and house made for a very nice vacation. Would have no issues with staying there again.

Pool and hot tub facilities were immaculate. House was cozy, and quaint. Close to the beach and perfect for our visit. The golf cart included with the rental was nice, as we took it to the beach everyday and cruised around the property. We had a small issue with the dishwasher leaking, but Mike the owner came quickly and fixed the issue. He was very nice!

I was in the house 4 hours before they complained about it being dirty I didn't notice anything. The washing machine was broken but I had not be informed. I ordered a new one but it wasn't delivered until they left. I offered the use of our other house but they didn't want to move. I tired sending a friend to fix another problem and they said no it was ok. I don't know what else I could do.

Mike the host was outstanding to deal with. Communication was easy and always answered questions we had leading up to the vacation in a timely way. The house was everything we needed, and the location was superb on a quiet dead end street. Inside you find the place fully stocked with everything you need to lounge around, cook indoors in the fully stocked kitchen, or grill outside on the big gas grill. The golf cart included was a joy and runs top notch. It is a simple golf cart ride to the beach or the pools or wherever you may want to go inside the park. There is plenty of room for four adults between the two bedrooms. The full bath is equipped with a nice shower head that is plenty high for the tallest of travelers. There is ample parking for two vehicles. We had two full sized Ram 1500 pickups and had no issues. What we did was park one in the sandy area right in front of the property between the trash can and little flower bed. The other we parked halfway under the car port. This allowed us to move one of the outdoor tables under the car port and when the golf cart needed charging, we pulled it in under the carport from the side so the front was facing the house. The charger is locked and cannot be moved so this is the reason we came up with this solution. The staff and fulltime residents are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions or just enjoy a friendly afternoon or morning chat. I highly recommend Mikes place.

Our property was welcoming to our pets.the beach is just across the street from this location. This year was an exceptionally cold winter…we even had a 3” snowstorm, No fault of the VRBO or our host! A golf cart was provided do we could travel around the village and nearby as much as we wanted. Our host always checked in to see if we were ok or needed anything, very attentive. Our neighbors were friendly and the management had baby activities in he community building and the pools.very nice and convenient location. The property is getting older, but is in excellent maintenance and cleanliness. It served all our needs and at a bargain price.

Relaxing

My husband and I desperately needed a getaway and decided to bring his brother and wife alongside, it was amazing! This will go in the books and be one of our best trips. We are already looking at taking our kids back. The place was quaint and convenient and the community was awesome. Thank you for such an awesome stay!!!

Awesome experience!

We had such a great time at Donna and Mike’s place in Garden City! The place was fully equipped and was the perfect little beach house! The owners were very nice and accommodating and were quick to answer any questions we had. The community we stayed in was very friendly and the pools were so fun! The beach was very close and we LOVED cruising around in the golf cart! We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely wonderful

Our stay could've been more perfect. The house was perfect, so clean and inviting. The owners was quick to answer any questions prior to and during our stay. The housekeeper was the sweetest! We arrived early and she was cleaning and she was so sweet to talk to and when we returned to check in the house smelled and was so clean!. The location is perfect, so close to the beach and the pool. Our little family had an absolutely amazing trip!

All the comforts of home. Everything a family would need for a great vacation at the beach. Kitchen and hardwood floors. You are just a block from, the private park at the beach and Oceanside Village's own Conch Restaurant - Just take the golf cart. Cook out on the gas grill or read a book on the little cozy deck. There is something there for every member of the family.

Our house, as does the whole village, have a cozy, family friendly atmosphere and is located very near the private beach. All areas and activities are accessible by golf cart .
Don't miss our outdoor pool on Tuesdays this summer for our weekly ice cream party.
