Wonderful stay

We had never been to Bentonville and it didn’t disappoint! The home was in a great location, had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We stay in Bentonville frequently to visit family. I hope this property is available in the future. The kitchen was very well stocked and the entire place was super clean.

Lovely home. Beautifully decorated. All the amenities. Good location. Great communication with owner and property manager. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect location

This home is very well stocked with extra blankets and pillows, and has really comfortable furniture. The location was perfect for biking, we could ride directly from the house and access lots of bike trails. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location very comfortable house.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Extremely comfortable and the sitting areas in both the front and backyard and clear lovely. The only thing I would change is to have king beds instead of queen

Perfect spot in Bentonville!

If you are looking to have a family fun weekend in Bentonville, stay here! The house is gorgeous inside and out. The deck on the front and the patio on the back makes it the perfect location for family to visit and enjoy the beautiful scenery of AR. The house is spacious and has everything you need.. location is minutes from the charming Bentonville square!!

Great House!

This house was great! Very, very clean and had everything we needed. There were so many extra little touches that made our stay comfortable - the non-dairy creamer we forgot, lots of blankets & throws, and outdoor games. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and service ware. Great location; easy to jump onto bike trails or go downtown. Loved all the outdoor seating & fire pit.

Great location and property

Made my pilgrimage to "The Mountain Biking Capitol of World", Bentonville. Property location was fantastic. We could literally ride across the street and catch the trails from Park Springs park. From there you could connect with all of the Slaughter Pen trail system and downtown. Property itself was exactly as depicted, stylish, very clean and very well equipped. Water pressure in shower was amazing! Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect - Thank you!

We loved staying in your beautiful property! The location was perfect to hop on the trails, and we really appreciated the bike rack in the garage. The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and full of special little touches to make our stay even better. Our kids loved the games and had fun sitting on the front patio. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and an easy walk to downtown, which was such a treat. We even saw deer several times right across the street! Would definitely stay here again and hope to get back to Bentonville soon. Thank you!

Beautiful home away from home

We were with another couple, in Bentonville to see the Diego Rivera exhibit at Crystal Bridges. This home was lovely. Immaculate, well-furnished, great location in a beautiful neighborhood. The support was great too. We had an initial problem with the touchpad check-in. Called the Evolve host number and it was fixed in minutes. She was great! We love Crystal Bridges and Bentonville so I hope we can rent this same property again.

Very cute very clean

This house is VERY clean and mostly well stocked. The couches are SO comfortable, I was addicted! I’d definitely rent this one again if needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Parking is on a slope and it was snowy when we arrived so that was a bit harrowing but we made it! Just an FYI for any future winter renters. We enjoyed the front porch one afternoon when it was sunny. Very comfortable and relaxing. Would love to rent this one again in the summer when we could enjoy the really nice backyard. Cute little welcome basket on the table with fun treats. A thoughtful touch. Kitchen very well stocked with spices and condiments. Ceiling fan in master bedroom does not work. Thought it was the remote, but it doesn’t seem to be. Beds were OK comfort wise. Trundle bed is very squeaky. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Kitchen needs a dish rag or two, or even a sponge. I needed to use paper towels to wipe down the counters and appliances. I guess I could’ve used a bathroom wash cloth, but that seemed weird. We were left with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. That does not cut it for four people for four days. They were not even the big rolls. We ended up having to go buy our own. All in all, this was a great little house! Definitely would rent again and would recommend.

Great Location, Better Accommodations

The location of this house is ideal, close to everything, and the accommodations are even better. We came for mountain biking, but we also have a little one and needed activities for her. The proximity to trails, bike paths, and town, via bike or walking, allowed us to get out and go wherever we needed without the need for our vehicle. Park Springs Park is about a 30 second walk with a play area for kids and access to multiple walking/hiking/biking trails. Additionally, we rarely encountered automobiles while walking the roads between the house and town, but saw many friendly walkers and cyclists. The house was comfortable and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The garage, with an included bike rack, was a bonus. The beautiful deck on the front of the house and the fenced backyard, provided ample outdoor area for our kids to play and hangout. We'll definitely be back!

A Perfect Place To Stay!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this beautiful home. It’s tucked away in a perfect location, close to bike trails and a 5 min drive to the local attractions. The kitchen has everything you need, furnishings are stylish and comfortable, and my kids really enjoyed the drafting table! And this is kind of random, but this home has the best lamps and lighting in every room, which makes it feel especially homey. We will definitely stay here again next time we make our way to Bentonville!

Perfect for Bike trail access

I was in town visiting my daughter who is interning in Bentonville for the summer. My husband had a business emergency Friday morning so it ended up just being me but it was very nice and I enjoyed the location and easy access to trail and town.
