Sunset Dreamz is a Lakefront unit located at the quiet end of Queen Elizabeth Drive Barmera. This 2 bedroom self-contained unit is aimed at the quiet enjoyment of couples and families. Bedroom 1 comfortable queen-size bed, and Bedroom 2 has a double and single bed.

Plenty of off-street parking for the car, boat or jetski. Neat and tidy accommodation with plenty of DVDs, board games and coloring/puzzle books to keep the whole family entertained - with lake views from almost every room in the unit you won't want to leave. If you do decide to venture out, the backyard shed has a kayak, some fishing rods, adult bicycles, and sports equipment you are welcome to make use of.

Sunset Dreamz is within walking distance to numerous eating venues, but for those who prefer to self-cater you will find a very clean kitchen with a full-size fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, tea/coffee provisions, and a coffee pod machine. Household linen is provided; however, bring your own lake towels to enjoy the many aquatic activities that Lake Bonney has to offer.

MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY OVER PUBLIC HOLIDAY WEEKENDS & SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.

MINIMUM 4 NIGHT stay over Easter and Christmas.

Special discount for bookings of 7 nights or more. Equates to the 7th night free.

A small to medium house-trained pet may be considered - this must be discussed with owners for permission before any animals stay at the property. Pet Fee $40 per stay.

Being a lakefront property where nature thrives, insects are a natural part of the environment. We treat the property annually for pests and provide fly spray and insect repellent for your comfort, but we can not guarantee that insects will not fly inside. We do not offer refunds due to the presence of insects, which are a natural part of lake life. We look forward to hosting you.

Sunset Dreamz was a comfortable bungalow with lake access and stunning views. Three of us stayed and found the space well appointed with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The property was exactly as advertised, check-in was simple and communication with the host smooth. I would absolutely stay in this home again and recommended it.

We stayed there over the hottest Australia Day long w/e ever and can say, there a/c works a treat. Can not thank Narelle / Steve enough for letting us stay at this beautiful place. Lovely location, sat watching the sunset over Lake Bonney from the comfortable provided outdoor setting. Our dog needed to be on a long leash but enjoyed sitting on lawn watching the bird life in the park across the road. We enjoy our stay and appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and TimTams! Would recommend a stay here.

The property was clean. neat and tidy with everything we needed but was much smaller than the photos portrayed. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the bottle of wine and chocolates left for us by the hosts. However the check-in procedure was terrible and left us unable to contact the hosts or obtain the code for the keysafe. If not for the actions of a very helpful neighbor who contacted the hosts for us, we would have been strandedand unable to get in. However we do not blame the hosts, as we think it was a "Stayz" system glitch. We got 2 emails saying the hosts had sent us a message (presumably the code) but no message was there.

Thank you John for your review. We really appreciate you adding the comment about the stayz communication glitch as we were very confused why you didn't receive check in instructions. In total 4 messages were sent, including check in instructions, lock box code and a no cost early check in offer, which clearly we understand now you never received. As hosts we're told to only communicate through the booking platform, we're really sorry it failed on this occasion. We have added measures including a host contact number at the lock box to ensure this NEVER happens again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and well suited to us. We were pleasantly surprised with the welcome package and how well equiped the place was. Great collection of DVDs and games and the view in the morning was spectacular.

A warm welcome to “Sunset Dreamz”, my family very much welcome you to our holiday cottage!.
As a child, my father was lucky enough to have inherited a holiday house which we absolutely loved and, have many fond memories of time spent there together. Sadly when a teenager, my mother was diagnosed with cancer, and after her death, the bank came calling. My dad was forced to sell his beloved holiday house to save the family home.
Years have passed, and my parents are now reunited leaving an emptiness that I was unsure how to fill. One day whilst walking beautiful Lake Bonney it hit me – honor my parents’ memory by recreating the family holiday house we lost so many years ago. In doing so I hoped that my family, and other families, can experience creating special holiday memories that last a lifetime and beyond.
I hope by sharing this with you, you will understand how special this place is and whether you go fishing, swimming, walking, take photos or just relax watching the sunset with a good book we hope you create a memory that will last this lifetime and the next!
