Enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying unobstructed views of the lake! We're a licensed property by the City of Penticton: 00115874.

This two storey lake view penthouse condo is located in the heart of Penticton, just steps from Okanagan Lake and the famous Peach Pit. Conveniently located to Coyote Cruises, wineries, shopping, downtown restaurants/breweries and recreation.

The main floor features a spacious, modern kitchen adorned with granite countertops, living room, dining room and a generous sized covered deck with sweeping views to the west.

The second floor features a tastefully decorated master suite with outstanding lake view seating areas, walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom, plus a spectacular lake view deck. Should you need to stay connected, our business den offers both wireless and wired internet and a printer.

This isn’t your standard 1 bedroom condo; the master bedroom is on its own floor and is a massive loft! The suite also has two full bathrooms. The condo does have its own dedicated laundry unit (washer/dryer).

For your streaming and viewing needs, both 40 inch TV's in the unit are each connected with Roku Streaming Sticks, so you are covered for Netflix, Disney plus and amazon prime video (with you own login). They also have Tubi and the Roku Channel apps loaded for free movies and Tv shows.

For your work from home needs, we have a fully dedicated business centre with a spacious desk, 22 inch monitor built with an ultrathin bezel design. Combine that with a 65 watt docking station with a keyboard and mouse, its pretty much plug in and go. And don't worry MAC users, we have a HDMI to USB-C connector that you connect your MAC to. Finally for all your printing needs, we have a multi printer/copy/scan/fax solution that is available for use.

This beautiful fully furnished 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom two storey condo is a prime unit in the heart of Downtown Penticton. Steps away from Okanagan Lake, 6 local breweries, parks, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, KVR Trails & Marina. Featuring 2 decks, with the upper roof deck displaying a breath-taking unobstructed view of Okanagan Lake!! Close to countless world-famous Penticton wineries within a 10 min drive. For you skiers and snowboarders, Apex Mountain is only 35 mins away!

Great spot!

Really great spot. Conveniently located to the lake, restaurants, the farmers market etc. Great views from both decks. Comfy bed and super clean unit. All the amenities anyone would need to have a great stay.

Simi's Lakeside Lounge was the perfect place from which to enjoy all that Penticton has to offer. The location was excellent right next to the beach, and near great restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown shopping. The condo was clean and comfortable, with two great deck areas and a well-stocked kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable stay in a great location

Place was clean, comfortable bed, great big deck with lake view. Centrally located, easy walking to restaurants, biking to winery’s on the KVR and lake right across the street. Perfect for a couple.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Simi's condo during our time in Penticton. Simi was a wonderful host, was prompt, reliable and kind. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, organized, lots of space in the kitchen for our stuff. I felt right at home. Five stars plus from us! Would stay here again and again.

Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location close to the beach, very walkable. There are lots of stairs for the unit but was no problem for us. Owners communicated well, quick responses.

Great Unit in Great Location

We stayed at this amazing rental in August 2023. The unit was well-stocked, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - close to the water and shopping/restuarants. Simi was consistently in communication to ensure we had everyone we needed. Would highly recommend!

Location location location

We enjoyed our stay. The upstairs master bedroom is as big as a hotel room so we were able to make use of the air bed as well. Manager went above and beyond when/if we had questions. The only downside is a sushi restaurant is in the basement and the parking garage for some reason has its garbage in it. Fish smell was horrible in the parking garage. The complex should move it to the open air for the hot months in my opinion. I would still not hesitate to stay again.

Great place.

This was a nice place to stay and it is spotlessly clean. We appreciated walking to the Dream Cafe, Theo’s, Wayne and Freda’s, and more! The price listed was for a place that sleeps 5. Check and see if it includes the bedding. I thought we might need the sofa bed but we were fine in the king. I had a hard time with scented sheets, scented soaps, and probably air freshener. I am a bit sensitive to smells. It might make me reconsider a second stay.

Highly recommend Simis Getaway! Walking distance to great pubs/breweries/eateries. Walking distance to the beach, amazing central location. Comfy bed and very clean! Perfectly stocked for your holiday! We would certainly book here again!

In the Heart of Penticton

Perfectly located within a block of several restaurants/breweries and coffee shops. Less than a block to the beach - this location can't be beat! Plus the view from the top deck (off the bedroom) is fantastic. There are 2 large sets of stairs to get to the 3rd floor so heads up if you're someone who brings heavy suitcase(s) ;)

Penticton Delight

Located in the heart of Penticton, very close to beautiful Okanagan Lake with its pedestrian friendly lakeshore. Easy walk to downtown restaurants, breweries and great coffee shops. The two story condo is well supplied and nicely decorated, everything you need for a great stay. Situated on the top floor of a walk up building, it has fabulous views from the upper deck.

Location, location, …..

This property had everything you would need whether you were staying for a weekend or a month. We did the walk along the lake every day so it was nice it was only a half block from the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We WILL return!

It was clean, comfortable in every way, and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen and baths. Bed and sofabed were very comfortable and more than enough for our family. The open deck patios were a hit. The upstairs bedroom is HUGE. Lots of space for a family board game and hanging out. SO much to do in this area, wine tours, 3 breweries a short stroll away, gorgeous fruit orchards on the hillside and some great hikes. Will have to come back and try more. We loved that this place was so close to the beach, literally across the street. There were a few people in the lake but we didn't really go in. It was too windy. There are kayaks and water toys you can rent close by, and we loved the 'peddle bikes' to ride for our own personal tour along the beachfront promenade. Grab icecreams! We recommend a cafe, one building over, called Wayne and Freds I think. Their amazing STRONG coffees and delicious scones made the morning sunrise patio experience all the better! Simi is lovely, so helpful and she made our stay super fantastic.

We’re located in downtown Penticton and are walking distance to all amenities even the famous Penticton Canal! Professionals coming into the city love renting our getaway as it’s a short walk to the courthouse, hospital, city hall, hockey school.

Don’t miss out on this great getaway as there’s much to do once you’re able to relax and put your phone away! The deck boasts an unobstructed vie of the lake and the condo is steps away from breweries, a cinema, casino, and many restaurants and wineries.
